We are just off 64th St. in the heart of the Peninsula. This unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8, offering 1 king, 2 queens, a sleeper sofa, and a blow-up mattress. This unit is ideally located on the bay where you are just minutes away from 2nd St. shopping, restaurants and the marina. This IS NOT a party house.

Wake up to the lovely sound of crashing waves and then take a short walk down the steps you are on the beach.
Absolutely no parties of any kind. No more than 8 guests in the residence. No illicit drug use or smoking inside of the residence. Be mindful of noise level in the nighttime hours. Host(s)/Owners live nearby and will be contacted by neighbors if rules being broken. Security deposit and additional fees will apply to breaking of the rules. Be mindful of the second story balcony with regards to small or young children.
