We rented this place because we were working in town. The couch needs a deep cleaning. Neighborhood is a bit rundown. It would have been nice to know where some local restaurants were.

Sunrise Manor MN Northsiders

The property checked all our boxes and did not disappoint. Close enough to the strip and all our entertainment venues that we had short trips to them. Far enough away that we could relax and enjoy our time together. Clean and everything was in good condition. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back next year.

lots of rooms

we were having a family gathering in the area and this location was .5 miles from the event location. we did not have to deal with any traffic or long drive. if anyone wanted to rest or go freshen up we were able to get to the house very fast. the game room was perfect for my 2 teen children, a few of their cousins came over one night to play cards and pool. made them feel like they were in one of the big casinos. house is very spacious, with many rooms and big beds.

Nice stay

The space of this property was great. Lots of room for hanging out with family. The game room was fun. The property could use a little upkeep and a deep cleaning on the furniture but overall, a great stay.

Extended family gathering

This home gave plenty of privacy for our extended family stay. It was comfortable, had a game room and plenty of TVs for entertainment.

A diamond in the rough

On the drive to the property we got a little worried but once we got there, the house was perfect. No issues at all with the Neighborhood. Our teens enjoyed playing pool and Foosball. My 23 yr old enjoyed the main suite with its separate entrance so he wouldn't have to wake us when he comes in late. Great communication with the property manager. Will definitely stay again when we come to Vegas.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice towels

We rented this place because we were working on town but needed a place where we could convene and debrief afterward. This was a nice place for that. Neighborhood is a bit rundown but nice. It would have been nice to know where some local restaurants were and a good grocery store to have groceries delivered. Would recommend leaving a book with restaurant recommendations or take out menus for future guests. owner was very responsive when the faucet in the bathroom broke was fixed the day it was reported

Excellent Stay

Our family stayed at this property for two nights. Communication with Adelmo was outstanding. The house was clean and spacious. We were very impressed with the landscaping. My husband and sons enjoyed the game room.

What a cool place!!!

We stayed here for four days last week and had the most amazing time. The house was spacious, clean, and super unique. The game room was phenomenal with something for all ages. Check in was easy and as was check out. Our host was a pleasure to work with. Loved the home and will be back!!!

Unique property

Booked this house on less than a weeks notice as the family wanted to get away for Spring Break. There was a total of 2 adults and 3 teenagers with us along with our golden retriever. When we arrived at the property, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the lot was. The door code was somewhat tricky to navigate but once inside we were impressed with the home. The description of the home is spot on. Many upgrades were done to the home. Tile flooring, bathrooms were upgraded, memory foam matressess just to name a few. The home is has a separate game room in the patio and the backyard was well kept and green which our dog loved. The only downside is where the property is located. Its in the Northeast part of Las Vegas, which has a reputation not as stellar as Summerlin. Its in an older, working class neighborhood. But we made sure to keep the noise down and act like good neighbors while we were there. Overall, the family had a pleasant stay at this property. The host/property manager was very attentive to our needs and he always responded to our emails promptly. Would not hesitate to rebook this property again.
