Welcome to our newly decorated modern oasis in the heart of Las Vegas's beautiful Spring Valley area！

RULES: (A fine of $100 will be imposed for each rule that is broken)
1. No loud conversation or music playing in the backyard after 9 PM.
2. DO NOT** remove the pool vacuum from the water and throw trash into the pool.
3. NO PARTY OR EVENT ALLOW.
4. Do not decorate the house without permission.
5. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and the building.
6. Please do NOT bring anyone other than registered guests into the property without permission.
7. Pets are NOT allowed, unfortunately.
note:
1.There will be security camera monitoring in the public area (Pool, back yard and front yard)
2.The garbage disposal can is in the garage if you need to dump anything
