Garden City Beach- spectacular sunset views over the Murrells Inlet Marsh. Seawatch Inn 305 at the Landing gives you a third-floor panorama from your screened deck. An elevator makes access a breeze both to the swimming pool, hot tub, and fishing/crabbing deck. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails from your elevated perch. Launch your kayak or paddle board from the private boat ramp.

This two-bedroom, one bathroom condo is fully equipped and has everything you need for cooking meals, eating, linens and one towel set per guest. You may want to bring your own beach towel and accessories for a day on the beach. Don’t forget your fishing gear! No fishing license required for the private fishing dock.

Additional Items: Screened Porch, Grill, Pool, Dishwasher, Microwave, Dishes/Utensils, Washer/Dryer, Completely Furnished, Linens, TV Cable, free WIFI Jacuzzi, drip coffee maker for full pot or single serve. The third-floor unit is easily accessible with the elevator. Sorry, No Pets and No Smoking.

Location! Location! Location! Seawatch Inn 305 at the Landing is located in the perfect place for Garden City Beach- a short block to the beach, Garden City Pier, restaurants, ice cream, arcade, and groceries. This location offers it all!

Skip the traffic and congestion- park your car and take a short stroll to everything you could want to do. Golf carts are also available to rent just across Atlantic Avenue.

Garden City Beach and Seawatch Inn 305 at the Landing is located in Murrells Inlet, SC, which is know as “The Seafood Capital of the South.” It features the best of this area’s restaurants. Enjoy a pleasant stroll down the Marsh Walk elevated walkway. The area offers 80 golf courses, outlet shopping, entertainment, theaters, and water parks. Garden City Beach is well sited between Myrtle Beach and Pawleys Island, SC. Historic Charleston is only one and a half hour’s drive away.

The condo was a little small, but the overall views of the marsh and access to the pier for fishing made up for it. My family had a wonderful time there. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The Campbells are wonderful and we have enjoyed renting their unit! Seawatch is a favorite of ours, with the beautiful views of the Inlet, quick walk to the beach, and lots of fun things to do in walking distance. Quiet and family friendly! Will definitely be back again!

Great vacation in Garden City

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Owner was very communicative, and everything was exactly as listed and pictured. We enjoyed the sunsets over the marsh on the beautiful balcony and the location was perfect -- very close to the beach and stores/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!

We have stayed at Seawatch the last 5 years, and this was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in! It was clean, beautifully decorated, wonderful array of kitchen appliances and utensils, comfortable and cozy accommodations. The host was prompt with communication and very helpful from the moment of booking until the end of our stay. We will definitely book with The Campbells again!

Great Trip!

Owners are very nice! Awesome location. Met a lot of great people on the deck/fishing right outside and at the pool. Quick walk to the beach, with little stores/coffee shop on the way. Nice clean rooms. Would definitely stay again!
