In a privileged and quiet residential area, our comfortable air-conditioned house benefits from the green and magnificent setting of the Nîmes Vacquerolles golf course. The swimming pool area (very pleasant mini swimming pool with salt water) and its garden furniture with deckchairs, high up, will offer you a very pleasant view of the golf course and will be the ideal place for your moments of relaxation! Many games as well as a trampoline will delight the children! A terrace to the south-west will allow you to have your meals, 8-seater table available, plancha. All out of sight! The house is ideally located: 5kms from the historic center of Nîmes, between 30 and 45 minutes from the beaches, the Cévennes, Anduze, Pont du Gard, Uzès... Do you want to play a golf course? The entrance to the Vacquerolles golf course is a stone's throw from the house. You can also have lunch in its restaurant or simply have a drink. The setting is magical!
You can park a vehicle in front of the garage of the house without any problem. Possibility to park another vehicle at the end of the cul-de-sac.
To get around, the city bus passes a hundred meters away and will take you directly, in 15 minutes, to the city center. The main roads are nearby for easy travel by car.
The family and residential area offers all amenities: many shops nearby.
