A perfect location for a family holiday in stunning Newquay! A well equipped home which is well suited for families with young children in a quiet estate just minutes away from the buzz of Newquay life! This beautiful family home boasts a newly fitted modern kitchen, en-suite, bathroom and WC, a separate utility area and parking for 3 cars. The open plan kitchen/dining area provides a perfect space to enjoy a cooked meal or evening takeaway, whilst the lounge is the perfect place to relax in the evening.

The safe and secure garden with a children's playhouse and outdoor toys has a lovely patio area, great for a summer BBQ or an alfresco breakfast whilst the separate decking area is perfect to enjoy a quiet drink on a beautiful summer evening.

Beach equipment is provided for your use to cut down on single use items as well as locally sourced soap/shampoo bars and soap refills. The property is within walking distance of Newquay zoo, the boating lake and Trenance Gardens (perfect for a picnic, feed the ducks or enjoy a pedlo ride!). The trampoline park, swimming pool, skate park and childrens park are all within a short walking distance. Not forgetting the several stunning beaches which are all a walk or short drive away from the property.

Throughout your stay we will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and are only a few miles away should you need anything. Having lived in Newquay our entire lives and lived in the property for 7 years, we can help you with any questions regarding the local area.

Great location and great house!

We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home. The location was perfect from which to explore Cornwall. The information provided by Sam is excellent - he emailed us a document before we arrived and the same information + more leaflets were available in the house. Sam's communication is excellent. There is parking in front of the house and there is a Lidls and Morrisons nearby. We walked and drove to many of the places recommended by Sam and the guide books. Newquay is definitely a good base to explore Cornwall from. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. I cannot fault anything. Thank you Sam and family.

Family Holiday Newquay

Really good! We and our 3 teenage children really enjoyed our stay and we have no hesitation recommending this holiday let. The property was well located for the town centre (20 mins on foot or 5 mins by car), beaches and other amenities. The house was very clean, newly decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed in terms of equipment. Importantly (at least as far as our children were concerned), the WiFi was reliable. The hosts were really helpful and had left everything we needed and extras too such as board games, DVDs, pens, paper, dishwasher tablets, tin foil etc along with a really nice welcome pack with lots of nice local produce. They were available by phone or text throughout our stay to answer any questions. The neighbourhood was quiet and the neighbours were friendly. Overall, top marks.

Fantastic home away from home

The house was perfect for the adults and especially the children, plenty of games, toys and stuff to occupy everyone. Facilities near by were also perfect (soft play & swimming pool ) 5 mins away. All in all an amazing holiday in a fantastic house.

Great if you want to be away from the busy town centre

We chose this property because we wanted to be out of the centre of Newquay with parking and it was perfect for us. You can walk into Newquay but it isnt right on your door step. Lots of other things near by and great for exploring outside of Newquay as you don't have the traffic problems getting out of town. House itself is immaculate and larger than you might initially think. Garden is great and a real suntrap and the addition of the childrens play room on the side of the house was a reall bonus for us!

The property was perfect in all ways, size, location and even though the owners had advertised as 1 pet they actually allowed us our 3 dogs to stay which was great would recommend to anybody who wants to be Newquay central. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and lots of great info in the welcome pack

Fantastic Property

Great communication despite this being a last minute booking. Situated close to Newquay centre (20 minute walk) and central to most places. The house is lovely and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of space and even a cream tea waiting for us on arrival.

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay at this property which was ideal for all the family including our puppy Billy. The owner was fantastic providing us with all the information we needed and supporting our stay. The property was well equipped and very clean. Can’t recommend enough

Great week away!

My friends and I travelled to Newquay for a week of surf and exploring. The house beautiful, spacious and perfectly located within driving/walking distance from local surf beaches, cocktails bars, and Newquay town. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Half Term Family Break

The property is great and has a contained garden which when you have a dog is really convenient. Shops nearby and nearest beach / restaurants about a 20 minute walk. Hosts were very nice and available to help - lovely hamper on arrival and treats for dog. Will definitely stay again.
