Long Term Living:
If you're a digital nomad, college student, or new resident seeking a furnished rental for 2+ months, our monthly pricing starts at $3,500/month. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for stays over 6 months.
