We fell in love with this spot because it gives you the best of both worlds — peace and privacy on a secluded acre, yet just 12 minutes from the heart of downtown Nashville. It’s quiet, full of character, and feels like a retreat, but still close to all the music, food, and fun the city offers. We love watching deer wander through the yard in the mornings and then heading into town for a show or dinner.
