Near Montreuil-sur-Mer (15–20 min), Le Touquet (35–40 min), and the stunning Opal Coast, our house, nestled deep in the Embryenne Valley, offers the perfect setting for relaxation and a connection with the surrounding nature. You can enjoy the 5,000 m² property, the 10x4 m heated pool (May through September), and the nearby forest. Located on the first floor of an authentic farmhouse, the 80 m² cottage opens up to the landscape. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.<br>The Accommodation<br>On the first floor, you’ll find a large living area with a sofa, a washing machine, and a workbench. You’ll access the cottage via a staircase. A landing in front of the entrance door provides space to store your luggage and coats. You’ll then enter the kitchen, which features a dining area. The kitchen leads to the living room, which has a sofa bed and a wood-burning stove. You’ll have access to a spacious bedroom (one double bed and two single beds). At the back of the apartment is the bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub offering a view of the countryside.<br>Guest access<br>The entire upper floor is accessible, as is the living area on the first floor. The garden and pool are also accessible but shared.<br>Additional notes<br>The staircase leading to the upper floor is a bit steep but has a handrail on each side.<br>The vacation rental is attached to a farm and surrounded by meadows home to many beautiful cows.
