Gites Sthilbon - Le Menudet. 2 Pièces de 40 m2 Terrasse et vue sur la Campagne

Located 10 minutes from Limoges, on 8 hectares of land (orchard, woods, fir grove, meadows), in a former 18th-century farmstead that we completely renovated ourselves, the " Menudet.Il " is open year-round for vacations or business trips. Two other vacation rentals, along with our home, make up the rest of the property. Le Menudet is a 40-square-meter, self-contained cottage located at the far end of the barn. The interior has retained its original character (stone, lime, and beams), and the restoration materials were chosen for their eco-friendly qualities.
The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large counter that can be used for food preparation and for two people to eat together; it also serves as a divider between the kitchen and the living room.
In the living area: a sofa, a dining table, and a TV with digital terrestrial and satellite reception. Free Wi-Fi.
The bedroom features a double bed, an antique dressing table, and built-in storage in the bathroom partition. The bathroom has been creatively designed to resemble a wooden cabin that’s partially open to the bedroom.
Outside, you’ll find a large, private stone terrace facing south, offering sweeping views of the countryside; it’s equipped with patio furniture and two lounge chairs.
A room in the barn is available for you to store bicycles, strollers, and more. Also at your disposal are a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a rowing machine in another barn.
A travel crib and a booster seat can be provided for young children.
