The main suite is located in fully remodeled basement which is perfect for overnight, weekend, and other short-term stays. Surrounded by Frontenac State Park, you can enjoy the quiet or head out for an adventure. A clean open space with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My home is a quick drive to either Red Wing or Lake City. Or a scenic 45-minute drive to Rochester. Head down the road and enjoy Lake Pepin, the 5th largest lake in Minnesota. The space
Enter through your private entrance via a code lock. We have a full kitchen to cook your meals. We have included some starter items like coffee, teas, honey from our hives, sugar, creamer, oil, salt & pepper. Relax in front of the fireplace enjoy the solitude. If you've just been unwinding and relaxing around the house. Explore our 5 acres of land or head up to the State Park private trails that joins the park. Depending on the season you could be enjoying a hike,cross country ski , search for morel mushrooms or fiddleheads or snowshoeing in the winter. Lose yourself on a hike in the beautiful fall colors. At night, sit outside by the fire pit. Check out one of the local eateries or bars, many of which now have live music during the weekend. I will be happy to give you information about where you can eat, play, or just hideaway during your stay!.

Other things to note
Enter the driveway straight in and circle park to right of entrance and lower level of home. The grill and benches are outside.
