The vacation rental was exactly as we expected. Mary was great with communication and we appreciated her timely responses. This was perfect for our family of 4. The pool was open the entire week for us to enjoy after mornings on the beach. Thanks for making our family vacation a memorable one Mary. The property was clean and in good working order.

Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful time celebrating my nieces wedding. Mary was super attentive when I text her. The outside of the property needs some TLC but the inside of the unit is very nice & clean. Location is close to all.

A quick weekend trip to the beach

I had a wonderful time on this trip. The host really thought of everything that a family trying to enjoy the beach could want. It was clean, spacious, and very close to the beach. Will definitely be back.

Memorable vacay for the girl trio

Mary was an excellent host/hostess. Location perfect for beach, boardwalk, shopping, groceries, pharmacy, restaurant, onsite on ground pool and children activities. The rental had may supplies that you might need or forgot to pack. A definite positive experience.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

My family and I recently stayed at this property in August. The accommodation was great. We especially loved all hanging out together on the huge sectional sofa after a long day at the beach. The beach walk was manageable for us with small children but did require hand holding and our beach wagon. wagon.beacwsmall.childmuc

Awesome owners / Perfect for families

This was an awesome rental that is very spacious for seaside heights . Perfect for young children as they have many amenities to support their stay . Tons of added nice touches and the owners were amazingly friendly and accommodating . Great shower water pressure . Comfortable beds . The loft was my favorite and has 2 beds and a futon not counting the 2 bedrooms downstairs . Parking accommodations and beach passes were perfect . Blocks away from beach but easy walk . Pool was a good size for a 5 unit complex . Each room had smart TVs . Would def stay again .

Great condo and location

This condo was perfect for our needs. We attended a dance competition therefore were in/out frequently. The location was perfect for quickly going to the beach or the boardwalk. It was nice and quiet during the week and then started to pick up closer to the weekend. Mary had plenty of beach chairs and a convenient locker near the beach so you didn't have to lug the stuff back to the condo. Mary was very responsive to any questions I had. I will rent from her again if I am in the area.

Wonderful family vacation!!

We had a great week at Seaside. Mary was a great host and anytime I contacted her she quickly responded. The kitchen was a bit small for cooking for a family but we loved Mary's condo. The neighbors were so friendly and the kids had so much fun in the pool. I can't find anything negative to say about the rental - it was great!!

Already looking forward to our next visit!

After multiple failed rentals with other property owners, we were feeling very discouraged and almost gave up our NJ vacation (from Michigan) because we couldn't find a place to stay. We were SO fortunate to find this place. Mary was an amazing host. We were even able to meet her in person and she showed us around the house! She also responded very quickly via text if we had any questions! There were even toys for my 3 and 4 year olds to play with and a wagon for them to ride in to the beach/boardwalk! Just a short walk to the boardwalk, waterpark, food, and arcades! We barely drove anywhere! Will definitely stay here again!
