Brand new 2024 constructed 4Bdr and 3 Full Bath home with 2 Balconies and a full Deck. Come Enjoy a Seaside Getaway 21 steps above the ground level, 2 blocks from the famous seaside heights beach, boardwalk, arcades, restaurants, and bars.

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book with photo ID verification
- Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact same day
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
- No moving any furniture for your safety, including outdoor furniture

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This property requires 21 steps to the main entrance with a total of 2-3 sets of stairs to reach the bedrooms and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

AMENITIES:
1. Outdoor spaces: 2 balconies and rooftop deck with outdoor furniture/firepit.
2. Spacious living room with smartTV.
- The TV moves so you can angle it as needed. Please remember to place it back against the wall when not in use.
3. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an Instapot, coffee maker, air fryer/Toaster oven, and blender.
4. Washer and dryer plus supplies.
5. Steamer for clothes
6. All bathrooms with bathing necessities and hair dryers
7. High speed Wi-Fi for remote work plus entertainment.
8. High chair and Baby pack&play available in the laundry room by kitchen 

SMART LOCK ENTRANCE/EXITING:
When exiting, press the schlage button on the keypad to lock the door.

SAFETY:
Please do not move any furniture, especially on balconies and decks. Please make sure furniture remains away from edge/fence on balconies and deck for the safety of young children.
Please turn off firepit when not in use.

Parking is available for two vehicles per unit in the designated space - unit A (tropical oasis) or B (seaside getaway)

6. Cheesesteak Louies - cheesesteaks and fries in a simple, friendly setting.

2025 Annual Summer @the Shore

This year’s annual family stay at the shore was GREAT!! This rental was everything and more. Every detail was thoughtful and very much appreciated. From the welcoming bottle of wine, the towels set on each of the beds.

We stayed at a beach house in Seaside Heights, NJ for a quick 2-day getaway, and it was perfect. The home was just steps from the beach , incredibly convenient for sunrise walks and ocean breezes. Inside, everything was spotless and beautifully designed, with a cozy, modern vibe that made us feel instantly relaxed. A great spot for a peaceful escape or family time. Highly recommend.

Everything you could want or need at the shore. Our host was amazing from booking to arrival to departure, he thought of everything even toothbrushes. You don’t need anything because it’s all there, if you’re on the fence just book the rental it’s great!

Everything from check-in, to accommodations, to questions at any point throughout our stay— our host went above and beyond to be of service. The house was great! The beds, the linens, the kitchen and the use of beach chairs, a beach wagon and beach badges made the whole trip so easy! The house was an easy 3 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk and that was HUGE! We parked our cars and didn’t use them again until we left. We didn’t have to worry about parking lots being full or packing and unpacking the car… it really was a dream come true stay! We definitely will stay here again in the future and thank our host for being so kind, generous and easy to work with.

Great Stay

Our stay was perfect! The property was spotless. Check in was simple and the property owner was very helpful and communicated clearly. Beach/boardwalk was only a couple blocks away. Couldn't ask for better accomodations for our trip. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay at Seaside Getaway

We stayed at this beautiful home—Seaside Getaway—and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and everything was in great condition. The location is super convenient—just a quick five-minute walk to the beach, and right above Babe's Corner Store!The property comes with plenty of amenities, including beach passes, beach chairs, an Insta Pot, plates, cups, a coffee maker, and more, which made our stay even more enjoyable. My daughter loved spending time on the swing while reading a book, and the roof deck provided us with a great view of the sunset.The best part was the host, who truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. He was easy to reach, friendly, and made the whole process smooth.We highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again!

Spacious and comfortable seaside retreat

The house was incredibly clean and fresh, with a welcoming atmosphere. We loved the modern appliances and the spacious kitchen. The rooftop deck was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, with plenty of closet space. We appreciated the fresh towels provided. The host was accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again!

Perfect for teens and adults

The perfect stay

To say this place was amazing is an understatement. The rooms are spacious and the closet space is bigger than my own at home. The kitchen has everything you could ever want and the bathrooms were literally designed for women. Didn’t bring a hair dyer? Don’t worry he thought of it; there is one in each bathroom. Forgot a makeup towel? Don’t worry it’s in the cute basket on the toilet bowl. Need Q tips to fix your makeup? Don’t worry it’s in the nice ceramic bowl on the counter top. If the rooftop with a fire pit and good seating for the sunset wasn’t enough for you don’t worry there are 2 other balconies to choose from! The walk to the beach was short and sweet. The rental is fully equipped with beach passes for all. There is a connivence store right next to the house for anything you may have left behind which is also conveniently owned by the owner of this rental. His communication was perfect. He is a sweet man who made our stay 5 stars. When we walked into the house, he set up maps, brochures, menus and a bottle of wine for us. He let us check in early, he offered us the beach passes on Sunday even after check out time, he was there for all of our needs. He is proud of his rental and I cannot recommend it enough. He is a 5 star person and this place is a 5 star stay!

Beach Getaway

This brand new property beats all expectations . I traveled with 6 teens for a “jersey shore” getaway . They were blown away by the space and location . A real “wow” factor . The home was immaculate, the decks were used every day . Car never moved , we walked everywhere , beach , boardwalk , water park . Ownership was great . 5 star stay .
