• Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of $125 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per house
• No smoking inside the house (violations subject to $500 fine)
• Mid-stay cleaning available: extra fee, upon request
• Please, at least a day prior to your arrival, provide full name of all your party to be added on the security system. Once you arrive at the complex, identify yourself to the security guard and let them know what address you are going to.

This is a self-catering home — guests should bring or purchase extra supplies.
Starter kit includes:
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• Hotel-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner
• 1 trash bag per bathroom

Christmas Vacation

Everything worked out perfect for our vacation. The few minor issues we had: not enough towels, no wash cloths, no pot holders in kitchen, slow with trash pickup and the pool never heated throughout our stay so we were unable to enjoy the pool. Other than that the house was nice and clean, the kitchen was great and we cooked a full dinner. Overall this was a great stay and we would definitely consider coming back.

Beautiful and cozy

Beautiful villa! Very clean and near all parks and supermarkets which was a plus! Host was great and responded to everything I ask. Will return for sure! Loved the pool which was a big plus for my kids. Thank you very much magnolia villas! Keep up the good work.

Florida getaway

Overall experience was fair. The carpet was dirty and mold like smell all over the unit. There was water leak from under the sink and refrigerator that someone needed to come out to check on it. The entrance was slow to get thru as one of the two gates were broken and the attendant was very slow on letting cars thru. Probably will not come back to this location.
