Hear the ocean waves crash at this fully renovated 3rd floor beach block condo overlooking Cape May National Wildlife Preserve. Or relax on the quiet balcony and watch the sunset over the bay. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo highlights top of the line appliances as well tiled and crafted woodwork. Master bedroom and living areas have doors to balcony. Condo includes an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as beach passes for private beach and Diamond Beach clubhouse.

Awesome week in Diamond Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Tim's wonderful condo. It was exactly as described and perfect for our family. All communication with Tim very easy and pleasant. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

This was the second year we've stayed in Tim's place for our trip to Diamond Beach, and the third in La Quinta Towers. We love the property - the proximity to the beach is great. And the pool/hot tub allow us to relax and swim even if we don't feel like hauling our gear to the beach. And Tim's place in particular is very nicely updated and we definitely feel at home while there. I have a feeling we will be returning for years to come.

Great unit and great location

We loved this unit - it was very modern and nicely updated compared to others we’ve seen in the same building. We felt really at home here and had a relaxing stay. Very close to the beach and a nice option to have the pool and hot tub as well. Would definitely come back! Also was able to communicate with the owner easily with any questions and got prompt responses. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Away from the hustle & bustle!

Really enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony & serenity of this complex. The condo has two very nice updated bathrooms & a lovely new kitchen. Pool & Jacuzzi upkeep are excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We have been renting in this building for many years and fell in love with it the first time we stayed. We enjoy being in a quiet location between two popular beach resorts; Wildwood and Cape May. We enjoy the historical Victorian charm of Cape May and the Doo Wop fun of WIldwood.
