Open layout with tall ceiling and lots of windows! 52" gas linear fireplace! 70" TV in living room and 55" TV in master! Fully equipped high-end gourmet kitchen with large island! Spacious master suite with King size bed, separate bathroom and walk-in closet! High quality bedding throughout! 2nd bedroom has bunk bed full over queen, 3rd bedroom has queen bed, +flex area upstairs has couch sofa and twin size mattress, so it comfortably sleeps 10 people! Includes washer and dryer. Fully fenced backyard! Enjoy everything that Coeur d'Alene has to offer at your fingertips! Couple minutes from CDA waterfront, shops, restaurants, hiking, biking, kayaking... Just a mile from I-90 for easy access!

Plenty of room for two families. Great communication

Great property. Wonderful place to relax after a day at the ball fields. Lots of room to spread out, many amenities, the owner has thought of everything. Highly recommended!

We will be back!

Our Family travelled from all directions to celebrate our grandson’s 3rd Birthday at Silverwood. This property was well stocked with all the amenities to cook and eat together. Vadim was so gracious and quickly responded to our questions. All bedding & linens were clean and tidy. This home is beautiful! We are definitely coming back!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was new and clean. It accommodated our group of 8 very well. The kitchen was well stocked. It is on a bit of a busy road, so early morning traffic woke us up. I’d also suggest getting window coverings for the small windows above the large windows in the main bedroom. All in all, would definitely stay again.

Great Place!

We had an incredible time and the owner was extremely responsive. The house was clean and a great place to just relax and chat. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the Hiawatha bike trail and Silverwood Theme park! I highly recommend staying here!

Couldn't have been better!

Property was fabulous. Owner was very accommodating and personable. This VRBO made our vacation extremely comfortable. We highly recommend renting this townhouse!

Perfect!

Great location, excellent communication with host, even when I arrived late due to flight delay. Everything is new in the home, super clean, modern, lots of sunshine! The kitchen has everything you could think of, and all new appliances! Beds are super comfy. There is a nice backyard with grill and little fire pit. The house was exactly as pictured and it was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to return soon :)
