This was one of the best "equipped" rentals we've stayed. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms ... everything was well stocked. We stayed over Christmas and were pleased to see a few simple, yet tasteful decorations ready to greet us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were games to help us pass the time. The location was just as we had expected.

Perfect getaway! Condo was immaculate. Hosts thought of every possible detail. Little things like Kleenex in every room, nightlights, quality linens, detergent for washer. For once - there were plenty of hangers!!! Comfortable furniture. Great location. Could have moved right in.

Terrific home at a great location

The property was lovely and exceeded my expectations! I was visiting for a working vacation, visiting friends in the area, but also working remotely for a couple of days. The property had everything I needed. Honestly, it was the most well-equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental! And I was able to make good use of the comfortable balcony. I loved the location, central to CDA, lots of great restaurants near by, and easy access to the North Idaho Centennial Trail for a walk or run. And a Farmer's Market right outside the complex. Owner obviously takes a lot of care in her rental, was easy to communicate with. Will be looking you up again next time I visit!

Great CDA Condo

Location is great with easy access to Centennial Trial and downtown. There is also a nice retail area right on the same street, but no noise problems. Condo was comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available. Manager was very responsive. Check-in was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. We would stay again.

Great location

Our first time to the Coeur d’Alene area. Perfect location. The residence was nicely decorated and the full kitchen had everything you would need to make yourself at home. If we were to come back for a visit, this property would be our #1 pick.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It was beautiful and in a perfect location to everything we wanted to do. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well supplied. Next time we go to CDA, this will be our first choice!

This condo has all the comforts of home! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and comfort and this place is wonderful! Nice furniture, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely come back!

Great property

Our family of four stayed here to check out the town and go to Silverwood. The location was within great proximity to downtown (5 min drive). Lots of shops, restaurants, and the river all within walking distance. Overall, great location and very cozy space. We would certainly go back!

Comfort, cozy, clean

This property is well-located and perfectly comfortable. We sat on the deck enjoying the ambiance of a vital Main Street in the Riverstone area of Coeur d'Alene. It's a great location within walking distance of downtown and the lake. The owners are helpful, friendly and easy to work with. We recommend!!

Perfect Location

Vacation rentals is a great business for retirees. Ron & Gail retired to a farm 5 yrs ago, but they aren't out to pasture yet! They own and manage 3 properties in CDA. They raise ducks, chickens & beef cattle on land just north of Sandpoint Id. CDA is a welcome getaway, and they love sharing all CDA offers to visitors. Book with them & you can be assured you have all you need for a wonderful stay!

We love travel & staying in vacation rentals. This led us to buy vacation rentals. We know what renters are looking for to make their vacation the best! Our 2 rentals in CDA. Both are located to maximize vacation activities. We love the concerts and Cycling trails, hiking and of course LAKE activities, so close.
For this needing a comfortable stay for family medical treatment at nearby medical treatment centers, we provide support for family members.
We are happy to answer any questions and will do all we can to make your stay fun, safe & memorable.

The Condo is fully equipped for meal preparation, or you are just steps away from some of the best eateries in CDA. Our beds are the most comfy, and our place is immaculate. Lots of fun activities too! Yes, the beautiful LAKE, with boating and beaches, enjoy bike & walking paths, parks and concerts, movies & ice cream, it's all here for you! So relax on your private balcony, or entertain on the group bbq terrace, complete with fire ring. Rent a e-bike and explore the many paths. We love this getaway, and we hope to share it with you soon!
