The ocean is your front yard at this modern, luxurious townhome hidden away in a small, private seaside community. Enjoy the pool, the beach, the dock and the peacocks! Walk to restaurants or cook at home on your private grill. We are work-from-vacation-home friendly with desk, chair, high speed wifi. Amazing fishing, boating, sightseeing, relaxing and dining experiences are all around you here, come visit and invent your perfect vacation!

Welcome to your oceanfront townhome on Millionaire's Row in Islamorada, the Sport Fishing Capital of the World! Take in the sweeping ocean views on every level from the living room, the master bedroom, the screened porches and the rooftop deck. Enjoy the front yard sunrise in the morning and moonrise at night. Amazing bayside sunsets await you on the rooftop deck.

Your newly remodeled modern kitchen is equipped with every convenience including stainless appliances, a washer and a dryer, restaurant quality cookware and cutlery (yes, sharp knives and cutting boards!), full place settings for 8 and a large family table. Small appliances include a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, blender, mixer, slow-cookers. Downstairs you'll find a private 3-burner gas grill with extra propane.

Need to work on your vacation? Pop up your desk and pull up your swivel chair anywhere you like, connect to the 100Mbps wifi and enjoy the ocean view.

You'll find big-screen flat panel TVs in the living room and the bedrooms, each equipped with a Roku. Watch cable channels, hundreds of on-demand movies and shows, stream Netflix, Disney, Apple+, etc. A wall-mounted iPad in the kitchen handles TV and streaming duties as well as weather/wind/tide forecasts, recipes, news, sports.

There are hundreds of dining experiences to choose from within minutes of your location, from outdoor picnic tables to ocean- or bay-front verandas to indoor dining and everything in between. Brunch, food trucks, seafood, Italian, pizza, sushi, diner counter seating, white-linen fine dining... Islamorada has it all.

You'll have a guest pass for Founders Park, just a mile south of your townhome bayside. Enjoy the sandy beach, swim or snorkel with colorful fish, visit the olympic pool and the splash park. You'll also have access to the pickle ball and tennis courts, the running trails, the ball fields, batting and golf cages, and the hammock hiking trails.

Great property! Great location for travelers who adventure up and down the Keys. Mike and M.A. clearly worked to make this an excellent experience for everyone! Wonderful All Around

Everything was perfect! The accomodations were exceptional - perfect for two adult couples! And the home is perfectly decorated. We loved the access to the beach and water front - a great place to relax after a day of fishing! And, of course, our hosts were fabulous - friendly, easy to chat with, and provided us with outstanding recommendations. We look forward to staying with them again!

Beautiful place in paradise

The home had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, pool, and fishing off the pier. We cooked several meals and dined in. Overall the property was peaceful with beautiful views. Would recommend and would stay again.

Quiet neighborhood

The condo was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and in a good location. The view of the gulf was very nice. The managers were on site if you needed any assistance. I would definitely stay there again.

Just beautiful

Excellent oceanfront property!

Beautiful property with sweeping ocean views from all levels. Great pool, beach area and fishing dock. Easy access to all the conveniences and entertainment of Islamorada, including Founder’s park for swimming beach, concerts and activities (great Pickleball courts and beach yoga). Hosts are welcoming, helpful and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay at Peacock Shores and the property has become "our home away from home". The project is always immaculately clean when we check in and the house provides all the amenities needed for a great stay. We had an issue with the AC not working and Mike and Amy has the HVAC tech out to the house in less than an hour and the AC back on within the hour. Any questions that we have had for Mike are always answered in a prompt manner. We hated to leave and are looking forward to booking again next year. I highly recommend staying at Peacock Shores if you want to stay in a beautiful property in Islamorada.

Paradise

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my stay ! Mike & MA went above, and beyond in making sure our stay was everything we wanted in a getaway! And the bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a surprise on my birthday. The peacocks were a joy to watch and listen to 🌴I will definitely be back this was an amazing place hosted by two amazing people! Loved Peacock Shores!!

We had a wonderful stay at Peacock Shores! The home was immaculately clean and the furnishings very comfortable. We appreciated the extras that were included such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap that allowed us to settle in before heading to grocery the next morning. The beach chairs, umbrellas and Founders Park pass were also great perks. The sunrise from the balconies was incredible! Thank you Mike and M.A. for sharing your home and for making us feel so welcome! We hope to see you again!!

What an outstanding unit . A view to die for . The unit was sparkling clean , and had everthing possible that you would need for cooking , and relaxing . M. A. and Mike are super hosts . They are very responsive to any need or questions you might have . Great referrals to local restaurants and family activities.

Hidden Gem in the Keys

Such a peaceful, quiet property. The hosts were amazing- giving us the best recommendations for food and activities. The unit was clean and perfectly appointed. We literally had EVERYTHING we needed at our fingertips. All of the appliances and furnishings were updated and nice. We used the kitchen quite a bit. On site pool and dock. We used the dock to put the paddleboards in the water. Will definitely stay again!

Peacock Shores - Wonderful Experience!

We had a fantastic time staying at Peacock Shores. The great experience started after the booking process with great communication from Mike. Before we arrived he sent us details about the house, as well as things to do while we were in Islamorada; he also got us a pass for Founders Park and we took our granddaughter and had a blast. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Mike. The house was VERY clean and had everything we needed for a great week. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this property! We are already talking about staying next year to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Amazing!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed for eating in. The view from the patios was amazing! The screened in patios were excellent to keep bugs out and the full wall length sliding glass doors were awesome! We just opened them up at night and got the cool ocean breeze and sounds of the ocean filling the room while we slept. Pool area was very nice and with so few units on the property, we practically had it to ourselves the whole time! Quick drive to everything we needed during our trip and the Host's recommendations on things to do were spot on! We will definitely be going back!!
