This charming and duplex two-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated. Located in the historic Suquet district, it is surrounded by picturesque streets and typical restaurants. Just a five-minute walk from the Midi beaches, the Palais des Festivals, and the Croisette, it is ideal for a family stay, a trip with friends, or a business trip. It combines comfort and modernity in an authentic setting.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
