Welcome to The Palm Retreat at Serenity Resort—a modern and peaceful 3-bedroom, 3-
bathroom townhome perfect for your next getaway. With over 2,100 sq. ft. of stylish living space,
this two-story home features an open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel
appliances, and a breakfast bar, plus a dining area that seats six. After a day at the parks,
unwind in the cozy living room or step outside to your private screened-in splash pool with a
seating bench, bubbles, loungers, and outdoor dining space.

This home comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with a king master suite and private balcony
upstairs, a twin bedroom, and a queen bedroom on the main floor—all with TVs and plenty of
storage. You’ll also enjoy free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer. Located in the quiet, nature-filled
Serenity Resort, you’ll have access to a clubhouse with a resort-style pool, fitness center, game
room, hot tub, and more. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.

● POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.


● GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Nice place for the price, but the house had noticeable wear and tear despite being listed as new. All the blinds need replacement, and the damaged bedroom blinds made it feel lacking in privacy. I also couldn’t enjoy the pool during my month-long stay because I didn’t have time to pick up the keys.

Florida getaway

The condo was clean and neat. The community pool was quite misleading. It requires needing to obtain a key from the administrative facility about 10 miles away. recommend these clear instructions inside the condo.

Quiet location

We stay in this development repeatedly for the quiet break from wdw but close enough to get there easily. Unit needs working blinds in the front bedroom. Housekeeping skipped under the sofa. A folded towel on the upstairs bathroom counter was damp. It would have been nice to have at least one dishwasher tablet and an extra trash bag but we made a Walmart run. The rug in living room needs replaced or cleaned. Just small maintenance and housekeeping issues. Beds were good, water pressure good. We did not use the pool or outside but looked nice. Enjoyed our stay.

This VRBO was a wonderful place to stay. The property was quite, facility was beautiful, and it was nicely decorated. I would have given this place a 5 out of 5 stars rating, except that the couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable and the king size bed upstairs was just as uncomfortable. It could've just been my personal preference and my definition of "comfortable" isn't the same as others. If it weren't for those two things, this would've been a 5 out of 5 for sure!!! The private mini pool was perfect for when we just wanted to stay to ourselves, and the big pool was beautiful and very relaxing! We would definitely stay again.

Location, cleanliness, false advertising

This condo is way in the back of multiple subdivisions. If you like being secluded this would be for you. If you like to be fairly close to what's happening it would be a no go. It took us 7 minutes to get to the main road. When we arrived the front door was littered with trash, the floors were dirty, things were broken that I had to document. We cleaned it up as much as possible, I didn't wash the carpet. The picture shows a pool and hot tub that you do not have access to. It takes a special key to get into the pool and hot tub. The pool in the condo does not have heat unless you pay an extra $30/day. This was not upfront in the contract. I learned this right before I showed up.

Needs improvement

The property was advertised as brand new. I would guess it more like 5-10 years old. It was clean and nicely decorated but could use some improvements. The carpets either need cleaning or replacing. The blinds do not work in the living area or master bedroom. Therefore there was no privacy in either area. We had to dress in the closet! The gated dip pool was not secured as promised in the listing. It was fenced but not securely closed at all. Upon arrival there was no fob available to be able to enter the gym or pool and no instructions on how to get one. . After finally figuring out how to get a fob We had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up and then had to return it during business hours to the same location. This meant missing out on several days of pool/gym use as we could not pick it up or return it on a weekend. In addition the main pool was not heated as promised. The pool water was too cold to enjoy during our entire stay. We were also disappointed in the help we received in addressing g these issues with the Exuctive Villas team.

Easy Fixes

There were just a few issues that could use attention. Both the upstairs and 1st floor blinds had several panels missing/on the floor. The mattresses could use replacing, they were pretty uncomfortable and noisy. We weren't able to open the lock box outside to lock the door when leaving and didn't know how to at lock it using the code. Aside from those minor issues, however, it was a great place to stay, in a nice neighborhood, and close to everything.
