This property was great. It had everything we needed. Our little dog was very comfortable here, so were we. It’s the best place we have stayed in for the past 4 years. We would definitely stay again.

The townhouse was well appointed and everything was very convenient. Sheila was very easy to communicate with.We loved that the kitchen was equipped with a rice cooker and an air fryer. That was a plus!

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was nice and clean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The towels were super fluffy. The pool was very enjoyable and private. We were thankful to be able to bring our dog with us and have a nice relaxing time.

We stayed here for 2 months (Jan-Feb 2026) and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!! It was our first time here and first time in Clermont. The place was in a great area, had a great in unit pool, on site gym and pool/hottub! It was exactly what we needed. The hosts were always so attentive and the place was very well stocked with anything that you would need (pool towels, kitchen items, coffee, boogie boards, etc). The unit was huge with the primary bedroom downstairs and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom had their own bathroom! We can’t say enough great things!

Great stay for Disney!

Great home, as described. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Wish the king bed had been in the upstairs master instead of downstairs since we had to stay upstairs for our kids but still worked out fine. Would definitely stay again!

we enjoy our stay at this home, it had everything we needed. The pool was small but it was still fun to be in. The community pool was nearby and it was a very nice size pool. The only thing is the home is deep in so it takes about 6-10 minutes to get out if you want go shopping or go out to eat.

Perfect Getaway

The property is tucked away in a beautiful community. The home is perfectly kept and modern. Very clean. Has all the amenities you need. The plunge pool is relaxing perfect for unwinding after a long day at the parks.

Monica, it’s very unfortunate that your experience couldn’t have been better. However, when you stay at a property, you must understand that there are rules to follow — and unfortunately, you violated several of them. 1. You blocked the security camera, prohibiting visuals that are in place for the safety of guests. 2. You hosted an unauthorized party at the house. 3. All rooms were left with bed linens that were very dirty and stained. 4. Orbeez were found in the swimming pool. 5. You allowed extra guests to stay when your reservation was only for two people. 6. You checked out late, for which you have been billed. 7. You smoked inside the house, which is strictly prohibited. 8. Communication was poor — you were dishonest and not transparent about your reservation. There is a lot of work that goes into maintaining a short-term rental property, which you seem to have little knowledge of or care for. Please learn from this experience, as I will too. Further action will be taken.

Place was fantastic. It exceeded our expectations in every area. Host was a pleasure to deal with, extremely fast with responses. This made the check-in process as easy as possible. The townhome was extremely clean, including all 3 bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room and pool area. This will put even the highest rated hotel to shame. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning.

Fantastic property, the perfect stay for Disney and Universal

We stayed 8 nights at this lovely town house whilst visiting the usual parks and tourist areas of Orlando.The house is beautiful, spotless and modern with great amenities, comfortable beds and great location.Frictionless booking, nice communication and everything was easy for our stay.First time staying in a town house and we thought we’d miss a larger pool but the plunge pool was adequate for cooling down and the complex has a larger one just round the corner for a pool day.Lovely area too, with supermarkets and restaurants really close by… would certainly book again in the future.

This townhouse is a beautiful home. It is quiet and relaxing. Accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and parks.It was easy to book and the owner was quick to respond to my questions. I would stay here again.Thank you Sheila for a nice week in Clermont.
