Greetings! I'm Jessica, and together with my husband Gary, we've been fortunate to explore and invest in Mexico since 2002. Our pursuit of uncrowded surfing spots led us to discover the hidden gem of Punta de Mita, where we found respite from the bustling crowds of California. In addition to our business in California, we are grateful to own multiple vacation rentals in Mexico, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the evolving Riviera Nayarit region. Along this journey, we've had the pleasure of connecting with an incredible community of locals who have called this place home for generations, as well as fellow Americans and Canadians who, like us, were captivated by the charm of Mexico. It's truly humbling to find a sense of belonging in this welcoming community that has become a second home for us. We were drawn to this neighborhood for several reasons. Mexico, as a whole, captured our hearts with its incredible food, surfing opportunities, and sense of adventure—all without the high price tags associated with California or Hawaii. As we've grown older, we desired a perfect blend of adventure and comfort, and Punta de Mita provided just that. This neighborhood offers a diverse range of experiences. To the south, we have Puerto Vallarta, a vibrant city with world-class restaurants and exciting nightclubs. In Punta de Mita itself, we enjoy the luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, fantastic surf breaks, and an overall tranquil atmosphere. Venturing further north, Chacala awaits, offering jungle adventures and a nostalgic ambiance that is increasingly rare to find in Mexico. We have truly fallen in love with this area and consider it our home. The allure of the surroundings, combined with the warm hospitality and beauty of Mexico, has firmly planted our roots here. It's a place where we can embrace a fulfilling lifestyle, and we look forward to continuing our journey in this remarkable part of the world.

Our property, Punta Vista II, in Punta de Mita, holds a unique charm that sets it apart from the rest. During our search for the perfect beach house, we meticulously explored the area, taking into account nearby establishments such as the Four Seasons and the Punta Mita development. Ultimately, we chose Punta Vista II for two standout features: its mesmerizing BEACH and UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS. It truly feels like a setting straight out of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" (if that show still exists!). What sets our condo apart is its incredible proximity to a vast, white sand beach. It's remarkable how many places we encountered that claimed to be beachfront but were actually far from the beach or only had access to a beach club that was beachfront. Punta Vista II provides the best of both worlds: security and freedom without the need for restrictive wristbands. It offers adventure, safety, and luxury seamlessly intertwined. Moreover, our condo allows for effortless exploration of the area without the hassle of getting in a car or navigating through multiple gates. Simply take a leisurely stroll down the beach to experience the wonders of Punta de Mita. Inside, the kitchen surpasses even my own kitchen at home, while the interior exudes understated elegance and a soothing spa-like ambiance. The focus remains on the captivating views of sand and ocean, allowing nature to take center stage. If there's any downside, it's that sometimes you'll need to close the sliding glass doors to muffle the sound of the roaring surf! We believe our property offers a truly exceptional experience, blending luxurious amenities, breathtaking surroundings, and the tranquility of beachfront living.
