This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers a bright and airy layout, perfect for making vacation memories with family and friends.
Stocked Kitchen – Featuring tile flooring, Corian countertops, and an island with seating for two, it's a great spot to sip your morning coffee. Sliding doors lead out to a large screened porch with a dining table for six—perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. An electric grill is available for cookouts.
Inviting Living & Dining Areas – The open-concept space boasts cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in natural light and scenic views. The cozy seating area includes a couch, loveseat, and chairs to gather around the flat-screen TV/DVD player. The dining table seats six, with additional outdoor dining space for four on the screened porch.
Multiple Outdoor Spaces – Two decks and a screened porch provide plenty of options to soak up the island breeze.
Comfortable Bedrooms for Restful Nights
First-Floor Bedroom – Queen bed plus a daybed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to the screened porch with additional seating.
Second-Floor Guest Bedroom – Queen bed with deck access, sharing a spacious master bath featuring a large vanity, water closet, and tiled walk-in shower.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club can be purchased. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
