784 Spinnaker Beach Villa
This 3 bedroom & 2 bath end unit Spinnaker Beach Villa has beautiful golf course views. There is also a screen porch for you to relax in each day! Spinnakers are sought after for their outstanding location on Seabrook Island. An easy walk to the main beach club area, as well as, the Island House which is home to our two amazing 18 hole golf courses. This villa is nestled in a private cul-de-sac with great views of the 18th fairway of Crooked Oaks golf course. The elevated construction ensures covered parking below and room to store the day's beach toys.
Enter the villa and enjoy the open great room with floor to ceiling windows, wet bar and dining room. The great room has wood floors, a sliding glass door to the screen porch and large TV. The screen porch has tile flooring and a bistro table for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The dining area is cooled by the overhead fan with seating for 6 at the large table. The bright kitchen has white appliances, tile back splash, Corian counters, and ceramic tile flooring. There is a breakfast table with seating for four and a slider leading to the large front sun deck. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a comfortable king bed. A large vanity and two closets provide ample storage. A slider leads to the front deck. The master bath has a ceramic tiled walk-in shower and granite topped vanity. This bath also doubles as the first floor powder bath. The laundry is located on this floor with a full size washer and dryer.
Head upstairs for the two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with a slider leading to the second floor private deck.. The second guest room has a Queen bed and dual skylights. The bathroom has a tiled shower and granite topped vanity.
Up to (2) dogs or (1) cat is welcome in this pet friendly villa. Additional fee to apply.
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
Looking for more to do? Just outside the Seabrook Island gate is Bohicket Marina where you can shop, enjoy water activities or dine. Shop at the Freshfields Village just 10 minutes away where you'll find groceries, restaurants, boutiques, and many other shops and services. Seabrook Island is only 23 miles from historic Charleston where you can enjoy fascinating tours and gourmet dining.
