Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 50 m² air-conditioned house in Arles, located in the historic center and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 25 m² private courtyard. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, sitting area, dining area and WC
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: A double bed (140×190), a study area, a shower room with shower and a closet

Second floor:
Bedroom 2: A double bed (140×190), a study area, a shower room with WC and a cupboard.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A courtyard of approx. 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A small laundry room

The house is ideally located in Arles, in a very pleasant environment. Close to renowned markets, essential cultural sites, exhibitions and amenities, making it easy to plan your visits during your stay.

Activities :
- 8-minute walk: to the Luma Tower, numerous restaurants and stores in the city center.
- 10-15 min. walk to most of the city's museums, monuments, tourist attractions and photo exhibitions (and more).
if you want to explore the surrounding area, the Alpilles, the Camargue etc...

Transportation :
If you wish to stay only in Arles, to take advantage of all the photo exhibitions, and/or to visit the town and all its cultural treasures, you don't even need a car, being 5 minutes from the station, all amenities, bus stops and in the heart of the town.
If you wish to come by car, you can park in front of the house (without disturbing traffic or neighbours) to unload your belongings.
