Welcome to the updated Magnolia Beach Escape just 1 block from the beach. My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. This 1,100 square foot home has 3 bed and 2 baths and all NEW furnishings. The beds are very comfortable new 12" premium memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. We use very soft 100% high thread count cotton sheets on all beds. This home is peaceful and quiet in a residential neighborhood. There is a small park at the corner.

Brand new appliances throughout. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a complete meal. There is an Instant Pot, Crock Pot, blender, waffle maker, mixer, toaster, and more along with plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking knives. There are baking dishes, spices, measuring cups, and more. There is also a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6 people.

The living room features a Roku TV, desk, sectional couch and recliner. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and a full en suite bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a second desk in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router.

There is a Pack n' Play, wagon, beach chairs, and beach towels. There is also a propane grill.

The beach is just a quick 5 minute walk down the block. You can see the beach from the deck. There is a nice little neighborhood park 2 lots down with a paved walking trail, tall oak trees, and small playground.

The Escape is located in one of the most popular areas of the Mississippi Gulf Coast nestled in the community of Long Beach. Just a block from 26 miles of uncrowded, groomed white sand beaches for hours of enjoyment along the Gulf of Mexico.   The Escape is within walking distance of the quaint downtown of Long Beach and less than a block from a park with open space, play area, walking/jogging trail with views of the Gulf.    

There is a 3 vehicle maximum allowed and a trailer counts as 1 vehicle. No more than 3 vehicles are to parked at the house.
