I’m very glad to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and the little touches like bottled water. We love making sure the condo feels welcoming. I also want to address the concerns you mentioned: • Coffee: The condo is always stocked before arrivals, so I apologize that this was missed. If you had reached out, I would have gladly brought additional coffee or K-cups right away. • Furniture: The living room furniture is the only change since your previous stay, so thank you for the feedback. We’ll reassess the comfort of the navy settee. • Fireplace, lock, and shower handle: These items have been in place since the condo first became a rental. The lock does require lifting the handle by design, and maintenance has confirmed everything is working properly, but we'll continue to monitor ease of use. We’ve already replaced the pillows and will take your additional notes into consideration for future upgrades.
