We have stayed in this complex several times, and this exact condo once. We love the Beau Clair. We love the area of Long Beach, as it is a small town feel but easily accessible to both directions of Hwy 90- Ocean Springs to Bay St Louis. Condo is very, very clean. There is not a long list of things to do before check out- which is appreciated. Owner left bottled water in the fridge for us, which was a nice touch. There was a little bit of coffee grounds, but not enough to last the 3 day trip for one person drinking it. No K Cups available. If coffee is important to you- make sure and bring some. The new navy settee is mainly just for looks. No one would relax on it as it is very hard. We enjoyed the addition of the new electric fireplace as we were there in November. There are a few minor items that need repair from wear and tear. The front door/electronic lock needs to lift up to open. This is not the easiest thing to do. Thankfully, the owner sent this with the instructions, but the door needs something done. We stayed 3 nights and it was difficult every day. The shower handle is also difficult and is hard to operate. Pillows are very very thin and should be replaced.

I’m very glad to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and the little touches like bottled water. We love making sure the condo feels welcoming. I also want to address the concerns you mentioned: • Coffee: The condo is always stocked before arrivals, so I apologize that this was missed. If you had reached out, I would have gladly brought additional coffee or K-cups right away. • Furniture: The living room furniture is the only change since your previous stay, so thank you for the feedback. We’ll reassess the comfort of the navy settee. • Fireplace, lock, and shower handle: These items have been in place since the condo first became a rental. The lock does require lifting the handle by design, and maintenance has confirmed everything is working properly, but we'll continue to monitor ease of use. We’ve already replaced the pillows and will take your additional notes into consideration for future upgrades. We truly value having you as a returning guest and would love the opportunity to welcome you back again for an even smoother experience. Please always feel free to reach out during your stay. We enjoyed our stay and hope to vacation here again. It was so quiet, the view of the beach was wonderful and being able to walk across the street to the beach was great!. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Having laundry onsite was good. We went to local restaraunts and every meal was enjoyed. Good communication with the host, Sarah. Thanks for everything. Much needed get away.
View is from front of the condo. So pretty in the morning when the water is sparkling from the sun.
