Come work & play at this newly furnished, spacious home across from the best beach on the North Shore! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and hear the waves from every room. This gated, top-floor unit has high ceilings, flexible space (office or third bedroom), 2 work areas including an adjustable-height desk, fast fiber network and all the comforts of home. The famous North Shore bike path starts across the street. Waimea Bay & Sharks Cove are a short walk away. The home is rented for full months only.
The space has been designed with the working couple in mind. There is a flexible office/ relaxation space adjoined to the primary bedroom as well as a adjustable-height desk with a view in the living area. The home is spacious (2,000 square feet) with a large lanai for relaxing, grilling or watching the whales, dolphins or sunset!
Please note that there is a separate, spacious one bedroom unit available on the first floor. Please inquire if interested in this unit or multiple units for availability.

This property has a view of one of the best beaches on the island. It is far enough back that it isn't affected by the street noise. The home is spacious, open and has views from the living area, kitchen & dining room. Everything is new after a full renovation.

You can swim and snorkel at one of the best beaches on the island...right across the street. The grocery store is a short walk away, as are food trucks, a coffee shop and beach gear rentals. The famous North Shore path for walking, running or biking starts just across the street. You can also walk to the beautiful Waimea Bay. Haleiwa and Turtle Bay are a 10-15 drive in either direction.
