nice view, not real clean, a ceiling fan laying on the porch, no cable service for regular TV, I had a hard time understanding my hoist, she did get the internet working for me and she seamed like a very nice lady.again nice view

Review of beach condo

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view of the beach is fantastic. The condo was what we expected, clean, spacious, and accommodated our needs nicely. Recent remodeling had several items yet to be fully completed, but it was acceptable and functional, as the improvements are nice additions. We would certainly stay here again in the future for a good family vacation.

Neat view... Weak in useful items.

The view from the balcony was great. This two bedroom condo had only two dining room chairs. The main floors were very dirty. Needed were some large bowls and another beach chair. The refrigerator was fine but needed a shelf over the vegetable bins. Nice washer and dryer. Access to the condo was also questionable with a very simple combination lock. And finally, the master bed was very lumpy.

Great View

Everything in unit was updated except kitchen fluorescent lighting, which was off-putting at times. Kitchen was equipt nicely, for all your cooking needs. Master king bed was alittle to hard for us, so we enjoyed the soft queen bed in the second room. Master shower was fantastic, with its rain shower head. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach and great view

Great location, beach was not crowded and the view from Condo is wonderful. Very spacious condo and had everything we needed. There was an issue with the toilet flush but it’s my understanding there was a plumber already scheduled to fix it but we were not around the condo enough to meet up with him. We were out exploring most of the days we were there. Enjoyed our time and we will be back.

Manisota Key March

Great location near. Great view for morning coffee. Property needs repairs to kitchen lighting. The small bedroom was morning like a kids size bathroom. Toilet seat was half broken when we moved in . It finally broke completely later. I had to replace at my own expense. Had to find a larger size coffee maker for 4 adult coffee drinkers at my own expense.

Check it all out before renting

This was our 10th year at Manasota Key and we have been in 3 other units during that time. We found this late in 2023 for Feb. 12th through the 29th. When contacted, the owner said we could add an additional 5 days (Feb8,9,10,11 & March 1st) for an additional payment outside of VRBO. When we approached Englewood on our drive down, we contacted the owner about getting access on the 8th. She had forgotten our deal but hastily got the place ready. Out of the days there, we had our son, daughter in law and grandson for 3 nights. Those were our only guests and we had notified her of that when we made the arrangements outside of VRBO. There were several issues with the unit: 1 - the kitchen lights were not finished in the remodeling process. We had to use a stool to fiddle with the florescent light bulbs so they would turn on. She sent her electrician to get two under the cabinet outlets to work and he said that he could not fix the lights. He was rushed to finish the kitchen remodeling but did not have time for the lights. 2 - the guest bedroom's two pieces of furniture, a chest of drawers and a two drawer nightstand had a nasty mildew and moldy smell. It gave us headaches and we tried to use odor removers to get rid of it. It did not work. We suspect that sometimes they got wet or moist. In their present state nobody would pay to stay in that room. We could go on but that should be warning enough to be careful. Perhaps the issues above have been addressed.

Great location. Amazing sunsets

This condo is perfectly located on Englewood beach. You can watch the sunsets from the lanai and here the waves crashing onto the beach. Good layout of space and exactly as described in write up.

Very nice condo at a great location

Just off the beach, close to bars and restaurants. In and out was easy, met our needs for our stay. Not the fault of the property owner, but couldn’t use the pool for a portion of our stay due to repairs. Wasn’t a big deal being so close to the beach.

Beautiful view!!

Condo is in a perfect location with a lovely view and very clean. While size of guest room bed and TV along with the quality of the mattresses and other provided amenities could definitely be improved, we will, in all likelihood, stay there again.
