The Tumalo House is located just north of Bend and is situated between Tumalo Cider and Bend Cider. Just across the street from The Bite, the local hang out, this fully renovated 1940's farm house offers 2 bedrooms, sofa bed and 1 bath, and outdoor space with a gas fire pit. This cozy find is only steps from the Deschutes river, 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and minutes from Downtown Bend and The Shops at the Old Mill. No matter what brings you here, this home will make you want to stay!

Home was VERY close to The Byte (food carts), cider pubs and a Farmers Market was right across the street! Wonderfully fenced yard for our dog.

Tumalo house gave us a welcoming vibe. Comfy beds and ample seating options were thoughtfully provided. Everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciate the proximity to great food and drinks within walking distance.

The “Tumalo house” is AMAZING. The host is wonderful quick to reply to messages. The location is close to The Bite with food trucks. But most of all the house was clean and fresh and felt like home… Highly recommended for a fun & relaxing time away in Bend/Tumalo area.

Lovely stay in Bend

We had a great time at The Tumalo House. It was very clean and nice. I had question about the internet and Tracy replied very quickly to help. The house is walking distance to several restaurants and shops. It’s about a 10 minute drive to central Bend. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and outdoor space

We wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space and surrounding Tumalo scene. So conveniently located to jump off to the million things Central Oregon has to offer. Easy check in process and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful, comfortable home and garden

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful home, very comfortable, with an amazing yard! It’s one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. It’s centrally located in the quaint town of Tumalo. It’s within walking distance of the Deschutes River and the local food truck court. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd time even better than the first

This continues to be our favorite house to visit when we come to Bend! Great location, a beautiful house with a ton of amenities close by. Very responsive host who was very attentive to our needs. We will be back to visit of course!

Great location

Great location just outside of Bend. Backyard was great with the fire pit. We also really enjoyed the food trucks down the road!

Great location extremely comfy!

We had so much fun staying at the Tumalo house. My aunt and I attended the Heritage Brand 2022 Shop Party. The house was literally across the street! Right next to Bend Cider Co. Although busy the house kept super cute, clean and cozy. Would come back and stay every time if it’s available!

Great outdoor living!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot to have family gather the night before outside by the fire pit. Very nice decor and great place all around! Hosts made us feel at home the minute we walked in with a personalized note and banana bread! Would stay again for sure!

Cozy, updated farmhouse in a vibrant neighborhood.

A great place to stay with lots of charm and modern updates. The host provides everything to make your stay comfortable. The outdoor entertaining area has tables, umbrellas, and a gas fire pit. We’d love to stay again. Central Oregon is beautiful in any season, and there’s so much to do (or just kick back and relax).

Perfect Stay

Beautiful home. Super Clean. Fantastic and helpful hosts. A very short drive to downtown Bend. Has coffee and food carts within walking distance. I have 0 negative things to say about our stay. Will definitely stay again!

This property is 10 miles north of Bend, Oregon in the little town of Tumalo. The community offers everything you need for entertainment. Live music at The Bite, 2 FANTASTIC cider companies with tasting rooms open for your enjoyment, a little market, local meat and eggs availavle and spring/summer there is a vegetable stand. This property has a gas fire-pit for your enjoyment and a spacious yard to enjoy all seasons!
