This charming little house can accommodate 2 people: living room on the first floor with a kitchenette and a room including the toilet and shower together. A staircase leads to the 1st floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed.
Towels and sheets provided free of charge: beds are ready when guests arrive. Heating by heat pump. No cleaning fees provided that the house is left clean. Small courtyard in front of the house with a table and 4 chairs allowing you to eat outside if the weather is nice.
It is located in Perret, in the heart of the village, near the church.
Around it, superb forests and landscapes magnified by the mountains of Arrhée. Fishing, swimming and water activities possible at Lake Guerlédan located 10 minutes away by car: this Breton lake, hidden between hills and forests, is a real paradise for nature lovers.
To do your shopping not too far: 7.8 km from the village, in GOUAREC (22) you will find a bakery (I recommend the owner's bread, to be picked up before 11 a.m. as it is so popular), a grocery store with butcher, a pharmacy, a bar-tobacconist, FDJ, a bank, and 11.1 km in CLEGUEREC, you will find a CARREFOUR-CONTACT open from
