Beautiful backyard space with 7 Person Hot Tub and fire pit! With spacious bedroom suites we have plenty of space for large groups traveling together. The open style of the house makes it ideal for groups, families, or work teams to enjoy time together! Close to the airport, Opryland Hotel and downtown!

🤫 Quiet Hours We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.

🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.

🛠️ Breakages We get it—accidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. We’d rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honest—it goes a long way!

🧼 Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning team— and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

An early check-in (as early as 8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (up to 5:00 p.m.) must be pre-arranged.

🧳Luggage Drops are NOT ALLOWED! We highly suggest Luggage Hero, Stow Station, or other luggage lockers around the city!



The Neighborhood:

Hugging the Cumberland River, suburban Donelson is home to the famed Grand Ole Opry country music hall and the adjacent Opryland resort and shopping malls. We are just 10 miles east of downtown. A few hip Southern eateries and craft beer pubs dot Lebanon Pike, and a seasonal Friday farmers’ market draws crowds for artisanal eats and live music. A greenway trail bisects sprawling Stones River Bend Park. Cooter’s museum celebrates “The Dukes of Hazzard.”



Getting Around:

Our home comes with a large parking area w/ample parking for guests. Lyft and Ubers are both available and are very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!



Other Things to Note:

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!



We are in a RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD!! Please respect that! NO late night, loud cavorting in the backyard. We take this VERY seriously, and if we get a call from a neighbor because you are being too loud, that could result in a $500 fine. Just be respectful of your surroundings and all will be good!
