Private Beach Access - Beautiful 2BR Redfish Village Condo @ Blue Mountain Beach

You will not find a more comfortable vacation destination on the Florida Emerald Coast than Redfish Village. Our 3rd floor condo has 2 bedrooms, king (master) and queen (guest) - both are pillow top mattresses. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanities, large closets and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom offers its own entrance to the balcony. The convertible queen sleeper sofa in the living room increases the sleeping space to accommodate 6 people. The balcony has a slight view of the gulf.

The living area features 10 foot ceilings, hardwood floors and plenty of seating space. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The granite counter space includes a breakfast bar and is adjacent to the dining room table that seats 6 full-size chairs.

The Redfish Village community is quiet and perfectly located to the beach, the 30A trail and US Highway 98. Big Daddy's Bike Shop and Blue Mountain Creamery are just across the street.

Fantastic property, an all-time Favorite!

We loved our stay at The Herold's place in Redfish Village, so much so that we extended by a day and Lesa was gracious to accomodate and quick to respond as always. We visit 30A multiple times a year and you will be hard-pressed to find a better spot than this. Excellent location in Blue Mountain, less crowded and easy walking to several restaurants including famous Redfish Taco onsite. The unit is well-built so you don't hear your neighbors, along with the very comfortable beds provided a relaxing vacation...when we weren't taking a few zoom calls, fortunately their Wifi is excellent as well. Perhaps best of all is the dedicated beach access with bathrooms and optional beach service which we highly recommend. This is very unique among properties anywhere in South Walton that are not located directly oceanfront. Thanks for a terrific stay, we will return soon!

Perfect location for a chill vacation

This is our 4th time staying at a Redfish property - we keep coming back because we love the central location for the area, quick walk to the beach, the amenities, and the reliable upkeep of the entire Redfish properties. This was the first time we've stayed in Chris and Lesa's condo, but won't likely be the last!! Chris and Lesa were quick in responding when I had questions about check-in. We couldn't have been happier with the cleanliness and the nicer appliances/features (def not outdated!) and the overall size of the condo was more than enough for my husband and I. Probably the thing we loved more than we would have anticipated was our ability to sit out on the balcony in the morning and at lunch without roasting in the direct sun, as we have in other Redfish properties!!! Highly recommend staying at this condo - we hope to stay again next year!!

Amazing Vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Lesa & Chris’ ! Their place was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. They also left start up items such as coffee and little shampoos. It had all the comforts of home. Lesa was easy to reach, gave us ideas on things to do and places to eat. The location was great, and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, breakfast and ice cream! Redfish Taco had music each night , which we listened to while sitting on the deck. It was also so close to our family that lives down there, we walked to see them! We would definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect location and Clean

Absolutely loved our stay at Redfish Village! Loved the private access to the beach, the chairs/umbrella and the short distance to the beach. If we didn't want to walk it was easy to catch the shuttle. Condo was very clean, nice decor and comfortable beds! Kitchen had everything we needed as well! Thank you for a great week

Excellent!

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was just as listed in description...everything needed for kitchen use was provided. The Roku TVs are also a plus, as there were a few raining mornings and we chose to stay indoors and watch movies. We love that Redfish Village has private beach access so it is not too crowded. A must do when staying here is to get ice cream from Blue Mountain Beach Creamery...it is the best! We can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful, clean, perfection

Wow! Everything was perfect, beyond exceeded our expectations. The decor is just beautiful like a costal boutique hotel. Had everything you could need for cooking etc. was spacious and cozy at the same time. Wonderful location, and quick response time to any and all of my questions. They had fantastic recommendations for all the local treasures. Thanks for a wonderful stay we look forward to returning in the future!

Great rental

This is our 3rd stay at Redfish Village and this unit was great. Easy to get in and out, had all the amenities, and was perfect for our family of 4. Having a Roku in each room was an added touch the kids and adults both enjoyed when it was downtime to relax.

Awesome Place!

Chris & Lesa’s condo was everything our family of 5 wanted & more. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils etc, the bedrooms are spacious and there were even extra beach toys on the back porch! We love Redfish Village and absolutely loved this condo, we will definitely be back.

Look No Further

If you are looking for the perfect get away that is clean, comfortable, up to date, and has all the comforts of home, look no further. This is it and you have found it! The owners are awesome, responsive, concerned, and provided great attention to detail. The property is conveniently located to everything, just steps away from bike rentals, restaurants and the pool. Great parking. I just can’t say enough good things about this great property. We enjoyed every single minute!

Blue Mountain Beach Magic!

Perfect in every way! Lesa was the perfect host, friendly, accommodating, helpful with great recommendations to experience the area. The condo was beautiful, stunning had everything we needed and more! Such a beautiful place, safe, friendly, conveniences galore, everything we were hoping for! Checkin was a breeze, the beach was so close and we loved it so much we wish we could stay longer. We will definitely be back! Our new favorite place for sure!

Santa Rosa Beach Joy in Florida's Panhandle

Great location in RedFish Village! Loved daily walks to the beach and pool. A couple of things that were a bit concerning about the property: owners were not overly communicative, receiving check in info 24 hours beforehand was okay, but when we arrived at condo after long drive- the condo door was unlocked/unsecure. A little disturbing to my daughter and I at entering the condo...the living room floor didn't look clean-dusty or sandy footprints, and a large dark hairball in the master shower stall was not very pleasant, so I knocked down the cleanliness rating. There were absolutely no checkout instructions, so we did what we usually do: empty trash and start dishwasher, sheets & towels, etc...Other than those things, we loved our week's visit to the beach with the fun sounds of band at the taco place in evenings from the balcony, walks & biking on path along 30A, Happy Hour at Blue Mabel's and of course the ice cream at The Creamery! Thanks for the stay and we will be back! -The Dalls

Great location & attention to detail!!

Chris & Lesa’s condo was perfect for our family! We brought just our 5 year old for his first spring break and he had a blast. We appreciated the attention to detail (ex: night lights in the bedrooms and bathrooms) beautiful decor & soft beds! Will def stay again. Only constructive comment is that we didn’t receive and/or see checkout instructions so just did what we normally do when leaving a rental and hopefully that was good enough!!

We love Blue Mountain Beach

We loved the location and amenities at the property. The property manger was great. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The only complaint would be it smelled like cigarette smoke when standing next to the stove top fan.

Wonderful place to stay

We absolutely loved this place and plan to return. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Location was wonderful…easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet unit. The only negative is that the master room got really warm during the day compared to the rest of the condo, but it wasn’t a problem bc it was very comfortable by the evening. Loved this place!

We had a wonderful time in Blue Mountain! The condo had everything we needed and was close to great restaurants and shopping. Note: if you want front row seating at the beach, get there super early!
