This newly renovated, second floor condo is located on Anastasia Island, a quick 10-15 minute walk downtown, 1 mile from Anastasia State Park and less than 3 miles to the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine.

Walk two blocks to watch the sunrise each day over the Conch House Marina or unwind on their waterfront deck with a happy hour cocktail! Many of Anastasia Island's best restaurants are within a 5 minute walk!

Excellent location in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The Bridge of Lions is less than a mile from the condo! Be downtown in under 15 minutes and no need to worry about finding parking!

Walk or bike to Anastasia Island State Park (just over 1 mile away) and enjoy the pristine beach or various hiking trails.

A short 8-10 minute drive and you are at the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine. Plenty of free public parking at the beach!

Various restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the condo - the Grower's Alliance for your morning coffee is in front of our building, enjoy a cocktail and Conch fritters at the Conch House, grab a pizza at Mellow Mushroom, pick up some tacos & beers at Osprey's Tacos & Old Coast Ales, or get your chocolate (or gelato!) fix at Whetstone's (these are just a few of the restaurants in our neighborhood!)

Centrally Located

Very comfortable, Enjoyed our stay. Short driveTo beach, State Parks, and the historic district as well as Golf courses and shopping centers.

Great Place

Everything was as pictured. Nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. It was super quiet and an easy walk to historic area and plenty of local restaurants. Good coffee shop is right out the door. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location

Space exactly as advertised. great kitchen, sofa very comfortable. Location is awesome. Perfect length walk over the bridge. I would recommend. The stairs up to the unit are slightly inconsistent in height, watch your footing. I would stay again.

Anastasia Island Stay

Perfect location for taking in the sights in St. Augustine and on the island. It is one block off of Anastasia Blvd. and traffic can be loud at times. Laundry facilities are available in the building and are easy to use (phone app).

Great location and just a short distance to everything!

Property was as Described. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and everything was clearly placed with instructions. We will stay here again if we come back to the area!

Very Nice

The café right in front of the condo has great coffee and food that is produced through fair trade. The condo itself is clean and modern and the beds are very comfortable. The historic district is less than a mile away and Anastasia state park is also extremely close. St Augustine beach is around 10 minutes away.

Cozy and well located

The property is perfect for a couple or up to four people. Everything about the property was clean and it has many of the amenities that you need. The location was fantastic with restaurants, bars and a brewery within a 5 minute walk, and communication with the property owner was very efficient. We loved our stay. To assist in helping future renters: There is only one parking spot right in front. Make sure you bring coffee. While towels are provided, you may want to bring your own if you are going to stay more than 4 days. Bring shampoo and bath soap. There is only one TV at the property. Also, the unit does not have a washer and dryer although it is available in the building for a cost. We would definitely stay here again!

I love Florida and St. Augustine is one of the coolest places in the state I have been. I wanted a place my family and I could use whenever we wanted to visit. When we are not using it, I want to share the beauty of this place with fellow travelers! I hope you love it as much as we do!

Newly renovated, second floor condo on Anastasia Island!
I am biased but I think we are in the best location of St. Augustine. There aren't many other locations that are so easily accessible to everything this city has to offer. We are a short bike ride or easy drive from the beach and walking distance to almost everything else. You never have to worry about parking downtown (which can be a nightmare!) when you stay here.
