Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within biking distance of the Village Pier, numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.

Century old oaks shade the various buildings, while palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a playground. You're going to love this renovated, ground floor condo at Ocean Walk. Located close to the front of the complex and the pool,, this would make the perfect short or extended stay vacation.
Please note this property does not have a washer and dryer inside the residence, but does offer on-site laundry facilities. Youtube Tv is available on both TVs

Accepts pets under 35 pounds with a non refundable pet fee of $150.

My stay at Ocean Walk

The condominium was a one bedroom ground floor model. The view out the sliding glass doors was over looking a perfectly manicured lawn and shrubs. The pool was very close, maybe fifty feet, but not so close as to be able to hear any of the usual noise. Ocean Walk is within 1/2 mile of the Village, where you have shopping, dining, light House, museum, a giant play ground and splash pond and the fishing pier. The complex has two pools, fitness center, club house, tennis courts and a duck pond that you can fish in. My unit was dog friendly. There is a sports complex within walking distance with two dog parks, Pickle Ball courts,ball park and play ground.This is my 3rd stay in Ocean Walk and I would definitely recommend it for couples or families.

Needs a few tweaks

The condo is lovely and we always enjoy staying at Ocean Walk, a pristine property. However, the front door is extremely difficult to open. It sticks and takes a strong effort to push it open. I obtained a 2” circumference bruise on my arm in an attempt. Each trip in, opening the door proved difficult. A working television remote was not provided and no explanation or instructions were left for our information. We made the mistake of turning the TV off the first night and were sorry. It took 30 minutes the next morning and by chance were lucky to hit the right controls to finally turn it back on. From that day forward we left the TV on 24/7, which we were told was standard procedure for that unit. The volume failed to operate, so we experienced interrupted sleep for the remaining six nights.
