We just got back from our Christmas stay and had a lovely time. The kitchen was very well stocked w/ appliances. The view was great, and the Penthouse was beautiful & spacious. Any communication w/ the hosts was replied promptly. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to return.

My family and I arrived 11/04/25 to this Beach/Penthouse condo. It was a perfect vacation destination and a lovely and a beautiful home as well. It was well equipped with everything one would need. Clean and more than comfortable. Easy access to the beach and just a few step to the beach which was incredible. The pool and hot tub were incredible too. We hope to come back again. Most importantly Monica was so helpful every time I had a question. She was prompt with an answer for us. A five star rating for sure…..Thank youKim T Graham

Very clean, nice condo with tons of space. Views of ocean across the street. Great patio. Rooftop pool is great. 2 clean grills on the rooftop area.Beach is right across the street, less than 5 min walk from door to sand.

Great place for a getaway. Location was nice. More of a laid back area. But still close to all the places you want to go. Private beach was nice. Paying for the chairs was worth it. Rooftop pool/hot tub was relaxing. The two outdoor showers were nice to get all the sand off. The cafe right there was convenient for a drink while you watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall nice property. The property management was easy to get a hold of. I think there are a couple minor things that need to be addressed in the property but overall we were pretty satisfied. Great location.

A break at the beach

The only thing better than the location—a rooftop condo, steps away from the pool and just across the street fro the beach entrance—was our temporary home away from home. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable my wife and I needed a quick break and we got exactly what we needed. Booking was a breeze and our host, Monica was quick to respond.

Perfect family beach vacation

Plenty of room for my husband and 4 grown children to stay. We lived on the deck, soaking up the beautiful beach view. Steps away from pool. Clean, very clean! We loved it!

Thanksgiving with an ocean view!

Condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Communication with the property owner was great. Kitchen is awesome! We’ll be back.

Great Place!

The condo was well kept, spacious and had a view of the ocean. The location is great~short walk to the beach. A huge bonus was that the chairs and umbrella were provided. Monica was very helpful and responsive. We will book here again!

Great location!

We had a great week at the beach and would recommend this condo. The location is great and the condo had everything we needed. The owner and the property manager were attentive to any issues we had and resolved them quickly. My family and I will return!

Great property

We really Waterhouse. We stayed in a different unit in this building last year and loved both of them. The beach access is very convenient. Our property manager was very helpful in dealing with the situation of Hurrican Helene that occurred during our week stay there. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is outstanding. Great location. Quiet beach. The fitness room was top notch and the restaurant on property was a great addition. We sat in the front porch all morning each morning. Highly recommend

Great Girls Weekend

We had a great time at this condo. Easy access to beach, 30a bike trail (we rented bikes and didn’t get in the car at all!), and relaxing pool just a few steps from the front door. Note that you’ll need to bring beach towels (something we all overlooked).
