A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Destin Sands Community across the street from the beach along Gulf Shore Drive in center of Destin. With beaches nearby and harbor access, you can be on the beach or take a water taxi to the Harborwalk area to spend the evening. Everything needed for your best vacation is located nearby including a boat charter service to spend the day on Crab Island in Destin.

Quiet clean 2 bed/2 bath off of 98, less than three minutes from the fun chaos Destin offers, and the perfect retreat for a business trip in the area. The kitchen has great appliances, every pot or pan we needed, and many spice options. The powerful AC was refreshing when the heat index hit triple digits, and the location was ideal to step away from the sand and dirty windows that come with oceanfront properties. With our unexpected extended stay, the owners were quick to communicate, which was appreciated, as we had short notice as well; but it also allowed us to access their great movie selection and recognize the value of their efficient and clean washer and dryer. Beds were comfy, layout was ideal, and our entire stay at the Golden Dog's Destin Rental offered a relaxing balance to the project stress we were feeling. Great Destin rental property with owners who communicate well and had the freedom to flex with an ever changing schedule. It was ideal for our business trip, but would also be ideal for a family with young children who want a moment away from beach to recuperate from a day in the sun. :) Thank you!!

Family’s 1st trip to Destin

Granddaughters first Florida trip

We stayed just down the street from our daughter to help her with the granddaughter. It was the perfect area for us. Walking distance to the beach and easy access to everything you need for your stay. Our place was clean and comfortable.

Great location

Went with my in laws for Labor Day weekend. Great view of the firework show from the balcony. The hosts are great with communicating. Back pier was convenient for fishing without having to go to a public pier or beach. A great place to stay for adult small groups.

Our hospitality is like coming home to golden retriever with a wagging tail! This quaint condo puts you near the beach but also provides you with harbor access via the boat dock. Its located 1/2 mile from shopping area, food store, and multiple restaurants. Should you want to go out at night , a water taxi can pick you up, or book a boat charter during the day.
