Welcome to the Coastal Reef Cottage, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-story condo located on Destin Harbor, with beach access and surrounded by the best of Destin’s waterfront charm. With walkable access to HarborWalk Village, local eateries, and water activities, you’re perfectly placed to relax or explore.

Inside, the open concept living area invites you to unwind on the sofa that converts into a full-size sleeper and a smart TV ready for streaming. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy morning coffee or the salty breeze after a day on the sand.

The master bedroom features a king bed, ample closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests, with a second full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances. Enjoy meals together at the dining table that seats the whole group comfortably.

Hi, we’re the Lampley family! Originally from Tennessee, we’ve been vacationing to the Florida coast for over 30 years. The Gulf has always held a special place in our hearts from early childhood trips to family fishing adventures, it’s where some of our best memories have been made.

We’re passionate about saltwater and deep-sea fishing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the laid-back lifestyle Destin offers. Becoming vacation rental hosts has allowed us to share this experience with others helping families, couples, and friends make their own lasting memories here on the Emerald Coast.
