Welcome to the Coastal Reef Cottage, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath second-story condo located on Destin Harbor, just steps from private beach access and surrounded by the best of Destin’s waterfront charm. With walkable access to HarborWalk Village, local eateries, and water activities, you’re perfectly placed to relax or explore.
Inside, the open concept living area invites you to unwind on the sofa that converts into a full-size sleeper and a smart TV ready for streaming. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy morning coffee or the salty breeze after a day on the sand.
The master bedroom features a king bed, ample closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests, with a second full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.
Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances. Enjoy meals together at the dining table that seats the whole group comfortably.

Private dock access – bring your boat (one slip per guest) or catch the water taxi to nearby Harborfront restaurants
