We stayed at Gold Dream Home for 2 weeks while we were in Chania. Immediately we felt like we were at home thanks to Alexandros hospitality. The location is great and the features of the home made our vacation even better. It’s not everywhere that you get to see the sunset from your own deck. Will definitely book again. Thank you Alexandros!

Gold Dream House Lives up to its Name
The house itself is everyone one could hope for in a vacation villa: amazing sea views, modern kitchen and plumbing (a rarity in the Greek islands), a beautiful rooftop deck, comfortable beds, two nice bathrooms, and even a TV supporting AirPlay with fast internet.
But, the host, Alexandros, took our experience up another level by being a simply amazing human. The ancient Greeks had a sacred custom called Xenios which demanded that good hospitality required them to go above and beyond to treat any guest like family. Alexandros lived that ethos, being there to welcome us (with an amazing surprise), answering any email almost instantly, even picking me up from a dive shop when there was a mechanical issue, and then being there to wish us well (with yet another sweet and thoughtful surprise). He truly made us all feel like family and honored guest.
Hope to come back and stay at his appropriately named Gold Dream House soon!
