Review for stay from 15 July 2025 to 23 July 2025

Amazing stay at Villa Phaedra – Highly recommended! Everything was absolutely wonderful! Villa Phaedra is beautiful, spacious, and offers plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The view is stunning, and the private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, the kids especially loved it. Our host, Frosso, was incredibly kind and helpful heartwarming. She even provided us with pool toys and a beach umbrella, which was a lovely touch. Communication through WhatsApp was smooth and friendly from beginning to end. We were pleasantly surprised when Frosso brought us fresh tomatoes from her own garden – such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcome. One of the things we appreciated the most was the possibility to stay longer on our departure day, as our flight was later in the evening. It made everything so much easier and more relaxed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Villa Phaedra gets our highest recommendation!

Review for stay from 05 August 2024 to 15 August 2024

We had a great time at Phaedra villa. It was perfect for our family holiday. The villa was beautiful the pool was amazing. For us we needed a car for the area to get to where we wanted. Frosso was fantastic with any needs we had and was very kind and helpful. Closest beach 10mins. Marathi beach which is lovely 20mins away by car. Lovely little village of Kounoupidiana. Some local food places which we liked and supermarkets. Depends on how keen you are to try local.Activities- Marathi beach ( get down there early for sunbeds )and Chania at night ( though can be tough with parking). Restaurants -Mitsos bbq was great and other suggested restaurants in the booklet. We travelled to Elafonisi beach (1hr20 away) awesome drive if you adventurous. Get there early and if hope for no wind. If not spend a small amount of time.

Review for stay from 20 July 2026 to 30 July 2026

What a wonderful property and hosts who go above and beyond. Thank you! We have just come back from a 10 night stay, really clean and well presented property. Ideal location as not too far from the airport and the local shops, bars and restaurants. If you have larger families would be great location as there are 4 villas, all with their own private pools. So you can entertain together or stay in your own private area, as how each villa is set up, you can feel like you are holidaying alone if that's your vibe too! If i could give 11/10 i would, and will definitely be returning! Thanks
