This first floor condo has been newly remodeled and offers an open and inviting floor plan. The full kitchen has spacious granite counter tops, crisp white cabinets, new appliances and stocked with dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils to prepare meals. Dine at the table with seating for four or play a friendly game of cards. Relax in the living room on one of the four chairs with ottomans while enjoying a movie on the TV with cable. Sip your morning coffee on the back patio in the ocean breeze while taking in the sunrise. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, TV and closet.
