At 1,000 spacious square feet, this airy retreat features a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath, giving you all the conveniences of home. The bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, while the living area includes a comfortable queen- size sofa sleeper, providing ample space for up to four guests. Enjoy the ultimate beachside experience with the shore just steps from your patio door, and effortless access to the pool and hot tub, offering the best of both worlds.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th.
The unit offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Everything was perfect and the condo has amazing access to the beach with the showers located right outside the patio doors. Highly recommend staying at Casa at the Beach!

This was our first time staying at this property and we absolutely loved it. Check-in was a breeze, the property was spacious enough for our family of three, and the kitchen had all everything we needed to prep meals. The best part was the minute walk to the beach and having private access from the property. We will be back again!

Very clean and conveniently located on the beach for extremely easy access. Also very close proximity to cinnamon shore where we had friends staying. It made it easy to join up with them on the daily. The condo was very clean and quiet. Everything functioned as it should and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great Port A getaway!

My family and I had a great time at this property. It was very close to the beach, a lot of people rent golf carts in the area but we didn’t need one being so close to the beach. The unit was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. I wish the unit had some more supplies to keep the house tidy while we were there like more trash bags and some paper towels (we had to buy our own) but that’s our only complaint. We will definitely be back!
