Newly updated and furnished, this beautiful beach home features a large open concept floor plan with a brand new chef's kitchen, which is centered around an oversized island with plenty of room to prepare meals and is equipped with high-end appliances. The coastal-themed dining area is located next to the kitchen area and has seating for 10 guests. The large living space has plenty of seating for guests to enjoy gathering to watch the game or movies on the huge HD Smart TV. From the living area, guests have direct access to the large deck with plenty of space for outdoor dining while overlooking the large, beautifully landscaped yard as well as the pool and spa. Interested in grilling your catch of the day? The new Weber Genesis gas grill has plenty of grilling space for a delicious surf and turf meal. Interested in bringing your dog? The Oak Beach Cottage is a pet-friendly property, and the fenced-in back yard space is the perfect place for your pooch to safely roam and explore.

On the first floor, guests will find a spacious primary bedroom suite with a comfortable King bed, a large HD Smart TV, a sitting area, pool views, and a large primary bathroom. The closet is large and has plenty of space for guests to use this area as a sleeping area for young children in a pack n play crib (pack and play not provided). Upstairs guests will find a second primary bedroom suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom with a tub/shower, and a private balcony overlooking the pool area. The bunk room is the perfect space for kids to sleep or gather and offers a queen bed and two twin bunk beds. The third guest bedroom shares the hall bathroom with the bunk room and also features a small balcony and a queen bed.

The Oak Beach Cottage has ample parking for 5 vehicles as well as a large garage space with two extra refrigerators and ice-making capability. The large laundry room offers guests a front-load washer and dryer during their stay. The cottage does have high-speed Xfinity Wi-Fi available throughout the house as well as a full cable channel offering through Xfinity.
