Welcome to Ocean's 14!! Located one block from the heart of the village. Where everything is a short walk; shops, restaurants, bars, museums, pier, the lovely SSI light house, and the beach.

Inside you will be treated with all the amenities, comfortable beds, local artwork and areas for gathering, A high tech environment with fiber optic internet access, Mesh wi-fi, three flat screen tv's and multiple charging stations. HIPA and Infrared air filters and reverse osmosis water filter.

A 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with 2 large screened decks and a plunge pool. The decks overlook a lagoon where you can sit at the 60 year old 13 foot redwood farm picnic table and watch turtles, herons, eagles, and osprey while sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Built in 2019 this beautiful home is nestled in a quiet nook one block from the heart of the village. Where everything is a short walk; shops, restaurants, bars, museums, pier the lovely SSI light house, and of course the beach.

Ocean's 14 is a gathering place for family and friends to relax, have fun and to make wonderful memories. We look forward to hosting your stay in our beautiful home.

No glass in pool area. No diving in the pool. The garage is for owner use only.

Do not block the driveway, the driveway is shared with our neighbor. Plenty of overflow parking in grass field to the right of the pond.

Please treat the lagoon wildlife with care and respect.

Family Gathering

This is an amazing property and we will be staying here again. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed plus some. The house is close to the neighbors, but was built in such a way that it is very private. The neighbors were very friendly. The location to town and beach was very convenient. We had an amazing time and recommend this property.

Wonderful house and location

Our vacation with 3 families was great due to this fantastic house! It was a perfect location to all the stores and restaurants and the pier! The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed!

Beautiful hidden Gem!

We had a short stay but it was memorable. Our kids had a blast in the pool and the property was beautiful. We’ll definitely try to rent again in the future.

Beautiful house, amazing location

We hesitated renting this house because we have 6 kids, ages 6-16, and we were worried the pool would not be big enough, but we are so thankful that didn’t deter us! Everything about this house was perfection. Great layout, high ceilings, very clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, the porches were awesome, master suite was a-mazing, and the pool area was more than adequate, which is where we spent the majority of our time! Couldn’t have asked for a better location to restaurants, shops, pier and beaches. We would 100% stay here again!! Bonus the neighbors were incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you for an amazing trip to St.Simons Island. We can’t wait to come back!!

Clean, clean, clean. Location! Location! Location! Ocean's 14 is in a prime location with a short walk to the St. Simons Pier Village, shops, restaurants, and beaches! The house is on a very quiet street and overlooks a beautiful lagoon with tons of wildlife, it is very difficult to find many houses in this proximity to the village with such tranquility.
