Do you want to enjoy the calm of the Morbihan countryside and the proximity of the beaches of the Rhuys peninsula? Ty-chaumière will meet all your expectations. This pretty, recently renovated 80m² house can easily accommodate 4 people comfortably.

Quietly located in a pleasant and peaceful environment, you will only be about ten minutes from the city of Vannes. You will discover on the ground floor, a living room of approximately 35m² with vintage and tasteful decoration with a beautiful period fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc.), a bathroom bathroom with bathtub and old-fashioned sink and a separate toilet.
Upstairs the sleeping area, a mezzanine area with a TV consisting of a large double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and storage space as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds for children or teenagers. You should know that to access the upper floor it is a miller's ladder with a slope steeper than a staircase.

Exterior: You can enjoy an open garden of approximately 500 m² equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.

This small stone farmhouse is ideal for family stays, the place invites conviviality: whether in the sun in the garden or in the shade of the cherry trees, perfect for resting or in the living room by the fire in winter !

If for you holidays rhyme with relaxation, Penvins beach on the Rhuys peninsula is only 20 minutes away by car. All you have to do is plan your getaways to discover the Rhuys Peninsula and Vannes!

To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, etc.

- Nearest station: SNCF Vannes station, 15 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 25 minutes by car

Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key box on site.
