Cocoonr agency offers to you this charming 45 m² flat with Wi-Fi, which can accommodate up to 2 people, is available to rent in Vannes. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 90 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Wifi included, with fiber

- - A 27 m² living room with TV and a small office area with a folding desk facing the window overlooking the garden.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower, bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A terrace and garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the park of the train station (paid parking).

- Nearest train station : Vannes SNCF station 5 minutes' walk away
