Just 300 meters from the beach, this superb, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment, in the heart of the highly sought-after Faubourg district, welcomes you to a secure, private, quiet, and beautifully landscaped residence.

Sleeping up to four people, this bright apartment features a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living/dining room with a sofa bed. The kitchen, separated by a charming glass partition, is fully equipped.

The apartment is air-conditioned, keeping you cool during the hot summer months.

Bed dimensions:

2 single beds (90x190 cm)

1 sofa bed (160x200 cm)

Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included.
