There is a portable a/c upstairs and downstairs that will keep you nice and cool in the summer months. If you don't want to eat out, it is no problem as you can whip up your favorite meal in the upgraded kitchen which has all stainless steel appliances. In the wintertime, curl up on the sofa and enjoy a nice old-fashioned wood-burning fire in the fireplace. Wi-Fi is provided. The unit has a laundry closet. No pets.
