A quiet neighborhood for relaxation. Take a short stroll to main street shops, 2 min walk nature trails, or the park, and come back to enjoy the deck. Try to get out of the city we offer a discount. Best Airbnb NYC area.

This is a very charming and stylishly updated house that is perfect for families. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. The house can comfortably fit 9 people and 10 is the maximum number of people we allow.

Well appointed and sizable… very close to the train station and easy to park. Just an FYI, for larger families like ours there is a separate master bedroom on an on a lower floor with its own entrance that locks with a shared entrance with another unit. Otherwise very comfortable.

Location of the home was perfect if you have a rental car. Was able to catch train for city visits easy. Car was safe in driveway & train station. Showers were awesome five people three full bathrooms hot water never ran out. Very nice kitchen for cooking shopping if needed. Nice restaurants for anything all over town.

Great place and neighborhood

The apartment was clean, with. A lot of modern amenities and space. We loved the great neighborhood. The host was very accommodating, communicated very well and have tips and shortcuts to ease our visit all other the properties.

Fantastic stay close to adorable Main Street and train station

Super convenient for getting in and out of Manhattan. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked with anything you could need. Will definitely be back! Loved that you could walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the train.

Lovely interior

Location was great! Having a car with off street parking, walk to station and well lit. Very clean, hot hot water (which I loved!) and plenty in the kitchen! Thank you!

Jolly Tidings!

Daniel’s place is very comfortable. It is very clean and well stocked. Plenty of linen, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. We enjoy staying at this house as it is very convenient. Close to the Dobbs station, the towns of Dobbs and Hastings. Thank you for hosting us and making our stay extra comfortable.

First Timers

The stay was beautiful. We arrived at the house and searched entire place to decide who would sleep where. We didn't get our the address until the day before we arrived. When I stay at a hotel, I get my room number right away. After the first day, I notified the host of the kitchen window, it was still broken the day we left. Notified the host about the stove and it was still dirty. Other than those things it was a pleasant place to stay. I would tell my friends about it.

This was probably our most favorite house on our trip. This house is in one of the most beautiful, small town feel areas that doesn't make you feel like you are in New York City, yet close enough to enjoy all that the city has the offer. The host gave us the most in-depth instructions on what the town has to offer, what the NYC has to offer, the best places to eat both local and in the city. We were attending a Yankee game and was given the best spots to get on the train and ride into the city (which was so much better than driving in!). The house was beautiful and had a ton of room. We all slept great because the beds are actually soft (not true in all the homes). Great deck to hangout on. Honestly I could keep going but lets just say if you want a great house that is close to the city but not in it this is the absolute top pick period! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED! If I am ever back in the area this will be the only stay for me.

Bathroom were not clean, dried toothpaste on faucet and sink, garbage in cans, hair in drains, and used towels hanging up. 190 is a hefty cleaning fee to pay to check into an unclean space. Used paper towels in the drawers. Disappointed in the space, 1 bedroom was completely separate apartment, this was not communicated to us in the description or information we received prior. Description says sleeps 12. Another spot says fits 9 comfortably and 10 is max. We were unaware we were paying an additional guest fee for having a total of 3 adults and 4 children. Kids also stepped in dog poop in the backyard. We also had a couple of cold showers. Expressed some concerns to owner and they were not acknowledged.

Lots of room and great bathrooms. The road was a little noisy and could be hard to get out but great other than that! My daughter loved the shower!

Mom's Memorial Service

Mom passed in Florida in July and we had to defer the services. We had sold our family home in NY in June, so our two families (8 pple) needed a place to all be together for the weekend of services and celebrations. It was a beautiful place for us, perfect location and served all of our collective needs. David is a wonderful host. We will definitely come back-

So pet friendly!

Our stay was perfect! David helped us every step of the way, including during hurricane Ida. The house has a large grassy yard, a deck with bbq, trails nearby and the dogs loved it. Finally an owner with a great pet setup with no hassles! We will stay again!

Flawless Experience

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and I can say this was cleanest, most comfortable place we have had. The beds, pillows and showers are heavenly!! It is also a great location and very quiet even though it is on a busy street. David was awesome to work with at all points along the way. Hurricane Henri came through and took down a large tree branch out front (luckily no damage to people, property or vehicles) and David had someone there to clear it away ASAP. I would stay there again in a heartbeat (an probably will!) and I would highly recommend it.

Family Vacation

House was absolutely beautiful, clean, new, amazing. Everyone in my family enjoyed the house, from the super comfy beds to the state of the art showers. The location was gorgeous, and still close enough to the city. Highly recommend this house for your vacation.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. There was a group of nine of us 4 adults and 5 kids. We were able to spread out make dinner and have a great stay. The walls are kind of thin and the people upstairs complained about the noise the kids made. We tried our best to keep them quiet but they still complained even though it wasn’t very late. This is why we usually rent homes so ppl don’t complain about the noise. The manager was pretty cool about the situation. All in all we LOVED the house and would stay there again but I would try to rent the upstairs too.

We live in Westchester, NY only a few minutes from New York City. We love Westchester County is an area in the Hudson Valley north of New York City. The Hudson Highlands State Park Preserve includes the steep Breakneck Ridge Trail. Kykuit, the Rockefeller family’s opulent hilltop estate, has terraced gardens and 20th-century statues. Across the Hudson River, Bear Mountain State Park features hiking trails, the Trailside Museums & Zoo, and panoramic views from the top of Bear Mountain.

We started hosting on Airbnb in 2018, and I immediately knew this was for me. Guests kept raving about their stays, and I loved every minute. We became a Premier Host since the first eligible and haven’t looked back. Our passion lies in real estate and interior design.
