- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing your Pup? Please check with us on size, number limits and breed restrictions. Dogs only.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
- *The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

PERFECT place

We stay every year in Port St Joe and this is rental was hands down the best. Perfect for a large family, location is great close to Indian pass raw bar where we had great food and very short walk to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked!

Slice of Heaven

I booked this for a week long trip in July 2023. Our group include my wife, our five kids, and my two in-laws. We were looking for something a little slower and less busy than Destin/PCB and this place was just our speed. Plenty of room to ourselves on the beach. There beach was easily accessible via the private boardwalk. Hard to find anything to complain about with this place or our trip in general. I hope we get a chance to come back to this house. I’m grateful to the owners for sharing it with our family. It was our best beach trip to date!

Great family Vacation

The pictures posted don’t do the house and ours location justice! It’s a beautiful, modern home that’s right on the beach. The only let down was the Florida weather while we were there. We’ll definitely be booking again soon.

Amazing Getaway

My family of 6 stayed for a week in addition to my parents, sister/BIL, and aunt. The home is stunning!! The location was amazing. This was by far our most favorite beach trip to date. The view is unparalleled, and not having to get up early to fight for beach space was a game changer. We’ve never stayed anywhere East of Panama City, and we’ve collectively decided this is our new spot. It’s somewhat isolated however, there are stores/shopping just a short drive away. It’s truly the best of both worlds. There was a storm system moving through over our last few days that resulted in double red flags, so we spent a day at the nearby state park. We were able to swim and play/fish on the sound side. It was $5 per car, and SO much fun. They also had kayak and paddle board rentals, as well as concessions on site. We ventured downtown and ate at KrazyFish-it offered live music and they food was phenomenal. The house itself was superb. Five bedrooms (one office has a sleeper couch), and 3 baths were perfect for our bunch. The king en-suite is HUGE and beautiful!! The porches upstairs and down, were used the entirety of our trip by all. There are ample chairs and a couple tables that came in very handy. Downstairs is a shower with hot water to wash off after a long beach day. There’s also a hose to rinse off toys etc, plenty of covered space to place your outside things, and hang towels. The kitchen is awesome. We will definitely be back!!!!

Beautiful house, perfectly located on the beach. Both sunrises and sunsets were amazing from either the living room balcony or the one off the master bedroom. Lots of steps, but there’s an elevator if you should need one. Wi-Fi on the top floor would come and go, but great on the main floor. Hope to return at some point.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved the house and being directly on the beach! The house is beautiful. Brand new, modern and up to date decor. Loved the ship decor and the shiplap. Kitchen was huge, perfect for cooking! WiFi was spotty, but we made it work! We look forward to coming back and staying here again in the future!

Stunning beach house. Had the beach to all to ourselves. Best beach vacay ever!

This beach house was a beauty and had every comfort imaginable. And the beach was SO private. We had it to ourselves for most of our 7-day stay. Very clean and well kept. Highly recommend this lovely vacation home. Best beach trip ever!

Best beach house ever!

This house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to gather together or find a quiet place to be alone. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. We had our two and a half year old granddaughter with us and the house was perfect for her-safe, easy to "toddler proof" and she could sleep upstairs while we had fun downstairs without disturbing her. The easy access to the beach was amazing-less than 2 minutes from back deck to sand! The views were equally amazing. We have vacationed in a lot of beach houses over the years and this house was by far the best!

We wanted to take our dog on what will probably be his last time at the beach. We enjoyed the solitude and low key vibe in this area for that reason. We grilled out and just enjoyed the beautifully appointed kitchen. Decor and furniture were high end. Beds and linens were comfortable too. We used the beach credit offered to have chairs and umbrellas delivered. So easy. My ONLY want was possibly having 2 loungers or chairs on the deck. There are high top chairs/table but it would have been nice to have something more relaxing. Overall 10/10. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house.

We had two vehicles leave with nails in the tires. These had to be taken to the shop to be fixed.
